I have been using SmartDNS Proxy for several years now, and it has been an outstanding experience. The service is so seamless and consistent that most of the time, I completely forget it’s even running in the background.On the rare occasions when an issue does arise, their support team is top-notch. They resolve problems quickly and, more importantly, they keep me updated throughout the entire process.I highly recommend this service to anyone looking to bypass absurd regional restrictions and enjoy streaming content from any country without a hitch. Yet again today, Smart DNS proxy have shown their high standards of customer care when things go wrong.As a customer of five or six years there are obviously times when the system has a blip. However I know that the minute I contact them they are immediately on the case, keep me updated and confirm when its sorted.A 5-star A1 service at all times.

Very responsive Help Center - I get email replies within the hour even on weekends! Technical assistance is also great. They were able to provide me OpenVPN configuration files specific for my Ubiquiti gateway / router.

Always quick help. I am talking minutes and not even hours. A strong ambition from support person to get all details clarified and willingness to communicate an extra loop of e-mails. So far, after many years using Smart DNS Proxy, help has always been there and a fix has been found.

I used smartdnsproxy for years
I used smartdnsproxy for years. It's ideal. I want to watch BBC and ITV on my Google TV streamer and it can be little hard to set up but customer service is fantastic and walked me through it.

I've been using SmartDnsProxy for quite a few years. Whenever I've had a problem they've fixed it incredibly fast. They always respond to my email very quickly.
