I am a handyman in Great Falls Montana
I am a handyman in Great Falls Montana. I was contacted by Laura at Smart Desks. I told her I charge $55 per hr per tech. She hired me to go to Malstrom Air Force Base to put a smart desk together for the base financial building. The desk was going to be used in the office where the military goes in and gets their checks. Terrible directions, no pre drilled holes, no parts. Laura checked to see who signed for the parts and he wasn't there. They looked all over and no parts. The manager of Laura i think his name was Bill said to go get hinges and put them on. The guy running the department said it was the wrong desk and they would call them because of the Terrible service Laura did on the whole project. Now they don't want to pay their bill due. Don't work for this company because the only smart in this company is the ones who don't work there. Horrible company and they are supplying our military.

Not the best experience
My smart desk contact Jeff was a nice guy but very unorganized. He did not order all needed supplies on the first try. He called almost everyday with a question or to tell me something even after he sent an email with the same information. The installers and myself had to make changes to the layout that Jeff put together, in order to get all of the desks to fit in the room. The installers did a good job of over coming obstacles and following safe working practices.

Jeff from SmartDesks helped us design the perfect set up for our operations center. We got all the function we needed with the style that we preferred. I appreciate the patience and quality of his service.Laura from shipping helped solve several delivery items for us. The product was great
The product was great. There was a predrilled hole that was off and it made it difficult to line up the matching piece.We also had some missing parts which also created extra work.Instructions on website and sent to us was outdated and made it confusing until we figured it out.Overall we are happy with desk and will likely order more in the future.
