I've been taking Sleepy Bear sleep…
I've been taking Sleepy Bear sleep gummies for a few weeks now and in general, they have been quite helpful for relaxing me before bedtime. The gummies have a nice flavor and they are very easy to consume, and I typically get a feeling of calmness about 30, 40 minutes after having one, which then allows me to fall asleep easily. I haven't really experienced any drowsiness in the morning, which was one of the main issues that concerned me with other sleep aids.The website doesn't have unnecessary distractions and my orders have been delivered fast, besides the packaging has very understandable labels and ingredient information. When I had a question about dosing, customer service was friendly and quick to reply, although I noticed some reviews where people mentioned minor problems with their orders or delivery timing, so, I guess, experiences can be different. As for me, Sleepy Bear is great when I want to use it as an occasional sleep support but it's still crucial to adhere to the suggested dosage and consult a doctor if you have any health issues.

I love my Zen Bear Gummies
I love my Zen Bear Gummies, they help give a restful sleep with out the nightmares that melatonin offers. I have hooked a few friends on them too! Plus they taste good.

Highly effective for sleep
Highly effective for sleep! I rely on them for jet lag while traveling, and even half a gummy can help me fall back asleep at night. Although I'm mindful of the price and use them occasionally to prevent tolerance, they are definitely worth it.
