You didn’t let me know your pillow was…
You didn’t let me know your pillow was out of stock when I ordered it. I had to reach out because I don’t receive an email with tracking information. That’s when you let me know that the pillow was out of stock. If something is out of stock on your website, then it should clearly list that near the purchase price.

Great Experience
Dom gave me exceptional service. I was warmly welcomed and carefully listened to regarding my needs. He provided helpful feedback and advice as well. After trying a few mattresses, I found what I believe to be the right fit. Great shopping experience. I was helped, but not overwhelmed.

Highly recommend
I LOVE my wool pillow. It's the perfect fill amount and and is very soft, plush, and lightweight. Their customer service is the best of the best. You don't encounter that much nowadays. They helped me decide which pillow was right for me based on my sleeping positions and preferences.

The customer service was exceptional
The customer service was exceptional. They gave us enough time to browse and provided similar suggestions/ options to choose from. I ultimately fell in love with the mattress I chose. The mattresses are very high quality and a lot comfier than some of the mattresses I’ve used even at expensive hotels.

It’s hard to put into words what a wonderful experience we had with Sleep365 in San Rafael. I work as a nurse, so was set on finding something non-toxic that actually seemed worth the price tag. We shopped around at Avocado, Mancini’s, and Sleep365 and have been saving to purchase a new mattress for the past 2 years while living on a single income with 2 kids under 4 in the Bay Area. We did not come to our decision lightly, and I am so glad we went with Sleep365. The customer service by the owner Richard was unparalleled. He was so knowledgeable about all of the different mattress lines and products in the store and went above and beyond to help us find the best fit for our price point. Our delivery experience was excellent. The whole Sleep365 team was great. We are so happy with our customer experience and the amazing Naturepedic mattress we now have, I am recommending Sleep365 to all my friends. We’re thrilled!

Very friendly and knowledgable staff. The store was equipped with samples of all their products so you can make an informed decision based on your experience. I was so excited to set up my bed with the new pillows, sheets and comforter. What a blissful delight when I crawl into bed every night!

No pressure and empowerment to make a good choice
Dominick gave us a real education on the latex and latex hybrid options and we walked away feeling like we understood enough to make a good decision for ourselves. He listened and there was no pressure to buy. We came back and bought two days later with the help of Michael. He was prepared for our visit to narrow down the specific comfort levels we needed for our mattress, and made the ordering process smooth, simple, and clear. This was overall a great buying experience, and a real relief that we feel confident that our purchase will meet our needs. Looking forward to our mattress delivery!

The person Named Michael, who helped us, was great. He made the experience great. We were really happy with his knowledge and helpfulness. We decided to go ahead and purchase our new mattress from your company based on his assistance. When we left the store we decided to go ahead almost immediately. Ordering issue
I had a good experience with Michael at the showroom but felt disrespected when I called to make my order over the phone several days later. I was mistaken that a floor model was included in a holiday promotion including 2 pillows and was rudely corrected. The delivery process went smoothly and the bed has been great since.

We had an amazing experience at Sleep 365 exploring all the organic mattress options, pillows, and bedding! The location is gorgeous and the staff is so kind. We felt listened to, well taken care of, and knew we were working with a knowledgeable professional! Organic bedding and a non- toxic sleep environment is so important and we are happy there is a place in Marin that we can shop!
