Maria Ramos was professional, patient, and very thorough from start to finish. During the presentation, she was accompanied by her coworker, Royland, who helped explain the process clearly in English using visuals, making everything easy to understand. Together, they answered all my questions in detail. Maria also followed up after installation to make sure everything, including cleanup, was done right. I truly appreciated her professionalism and attention to detail. Highly recommended.

Good Job - But ...
Sky Light did an excellent job on my roof this week at a great price. The only problem was that they started work at 6am, in violation of the Sumter County and The Villages regulations. I reminded the scheduler of the ordinance, but apparently was ignored, since the foreman expressed ignorance of the law. Such behavior is disrespectful to me and my villa neighbors, and I reported the violation. They were finished at 3:30, and did an excellent cleanup.

I called on a Saturday and received a return call the next day which was Sunday. I was surprised that I got a call on Sunday but was very happy to hear from Brent. He said he would be out the next day. He came on time and did a good job with the repair and also sprayed the ceiling where a water mark was showing. Kudos to the prompt service.

I would give 6 stars if this was an option. I called Skylight Roofing for a couple of major repairs to my tile roof, and they sent someone out the same day to inspect. The quote came the next day and we scheduled the repairs to be made a few days later. The crew was amazing. They showed up early every morning and finished late in the evening. Each day before they left my property was spotless. Thank you, Skylight Roofing. I highly recommend this company for any roofing needs. A++++

Michael Wilbanks was the sales representative who provided me with exceptional service, assistance, advice, and information regarding roof replacement for my home. Michael took the time to walk me through the entire roof replacement process and readily answered all my questions. Michael patiently and skillfully presented me with Shingle options, styles, and colors that would best fit the color and construction style of my house. He also explained the pros and cons of each option and priced these options to ensure there were no surprises. Once I contracted the roof replacement, Michael and the Sky Light Roofing team remained engaged with me from the point of the first old roofing shingle being removed to the last new shingle being installed. The communications was always open and never once did I have issues reaching Michael to answer my questions.At the conclusion my the roof replacement project, Mr. Wilbanks shared a detailed video of the before and after roof inspection to provide me with final clarity and verification of full project completion. I was and am 100% satisfied with the service, workmanship, communication, and professionalism in which Mr. Michael Wilbanks and the Sky Light Roofing team displayed when starting and completing my roof replacement. Mike was amazing to work with and even though they had to repair work another company claimed they did, he explained everything and replaced our leaking skylight with a new one and properly did the work on our roof. I just had my roof replaced by Sky Light Roofing. I am so glad I found them! Doing the preliminary work with Brent was easy & so much fun! (I know, how can you have fun getting a new roof!)When I looked at other roofing companies they did not explain the process as well as Brent did. The price was also more reasonable.When the crew came, very early in the morning , they went to work right away. The supervisor talked to me about the process & answered questions as needed. I was very comfortable during the process. I loved the fact that they put down plastic all around my house, protected my awnings & decorative driveway!A supervisor monitors the progress the whole time! Alejandro and Santiago were always ready to answer my questions.When they removed the plastic & cleaned up, you would never know I had a roof replaced, except it looks great now!!I could tell everyone on this job knew what they were doing & worked diligently! I was impressed with their work ethics! Alejandro stayed & checked all around my house to make sure the clean up was complete!! I’m glad to say they continue to deliver a quality product and most importantly quality customer service.From the initial contact with our rep, Ricardo to doing final walkthroughs with our project manager, Christian. The experience has very positive. They actually took the time to listen and address my thoughts and concerns through the whole process. As well as followed through with providing quote and it was at a competitive rate.My only feedback would be better communicating the delays at the beginning on the project and the crew could’ve done a better job cleaning up each day a work.
