I never signed up for subscription…
I never signed up for subscription services and they've been billing me for nearly a year. I didn't notice because they used to bill under a gateway, but this last month, I believe they were forced to start using the actual business name so I noticed immediately. I never received an email, they're not listed under any of my subscriptions, and I didn't have an account set up. Be very careful and avoid this company. Took $499 from me!

Extremely Helpful and Responsive
Ultimately, my my request was handled positively, but it took several emails to accomplish this.I will say, every person from the company has been very professional and extremely nice. The responses to my emails were amazingly quick. I know of no other company that responds to customers that quickly. For that, I give them an A+!

IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION OR GET REFUND
I have never used the app or service and I requested to cancel my $9.99 trial membership several times yet I was charged an additional $55.53 well after the the submission of my request to cancel! There is no phone # to call and when you submit a cancellation request they send an automated email saying "you haven't responded". Very DECEPTIVE & DIFFICULT to cancel automatic charges

Be careful when subscribing
US based company using questionable, shady practices to overcharge customers, unaware of additional costs. After 2 minutes that the transaction went automatically approved with my surprise, I cancelled the subscription and have written several times requesting a refund. Instead of processing immediately the refund, they attempted to “resolve” the issue by offering some kind of useless guide that I neither requested nor need. But I’ve been refunded after a couple of mailsz. Have to admit that the customer service is helpful, kind and responsive. For transparency: I work for an investigation company, and this occurred while I was conducting research on online hoaxes circulating on Instagram.
