Best store in America. Jeff was great, he gave me a small discount. I ordered skis and a mount, they were out the door in 24 hours and got to me before my weekend race. Fast and efficient just like a ski to skin transition.

Great customer service. Top quality gear.
Associate was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. He was able to push my order through to be shipped the same day slightly after the 3 pm cut off so I was able to use my gear (skins) that weekend. The product was top quality and reasonably priced.

I was purchasing my first touring set…
I was purchasing my first touring set up after having tried 3-4 times using rental equipment, so I called and spoke live to someone, it was a great experience and he walked me through all the options with a well-informed non-salesy approach to guide me to the right equipment. It was a very efficient painless purchase, and I highly recommend Skimo Co to anyone!

The boots didn't fit, but they were very fast to send me new ones in the correct size. It was kind of weird, I called them, got a real person on the phone, sorted out the purchase and shipping. Great experience!

I placed my order on 1/16/26 over the…
I placed my order on 1/16/26 over the phone and received my email confirmation that evening. I decided to pay the additional extra charge for 2 day shipping, via your chosen carrier UPS, ($24 plus).The package just arrived today 1/23/26 at 4:30 pm EST. Tracking the package shipped-it was not until 1/20/26 that UPS had my package in SLC. It would have been a better experience if someone at SKimo had communicated to me that the package might be held up to get ready to ship out by a day or two. Yet I was told that they (Skimo) would get this out tomorrow (1/17/26) I feel like I paid extra for a service that did not deliver as stated. Product is great! Service and delivery time sucked.
