Traditional yoga center with great teachers in a friendly atmosphere. Teachings are based on ancient traditions and we follow hatha yoga practice. Everyone from beginners to advanced students can feel comfortable and can get out a lot from a class. The center has a beautiful garden and very often there is a cooked lunch available after the class. The whole experience has helped me to keep going with my practice for almost 10 years now.
