Very difficult to deal with
I recently tried to purchase one of their smart thermostats. I asked them to match one of their competitor's promotions, which they refused, which I had no issue with. I cancelled my order which, they acknowledged. They proceeded to process and ship the order anyway. When I informed them, they refused to immediately credit my account and I had to spend a considerable amount of time and had file a dispute with my credit card company. I have no idea if their product is any good, but if their customer service is any indication....
