I’m a new traveler, with Silver breeze Travel. Robin has just recently traveled me and my family to Ireland this month. Did we enjoy our trip? Yes, every part of it. The best part I presumed though… is no time share. This would be my first vacation without having to seeing any time share. Silver breeze travel, a very quick and effective solution if you want to fix your problems with seeing time share when u travel. They don’t do them :) I love robin dearly

My experience with Robin Crochett, and Silver breeze travel! Altogether has been immaculate. I have been accommodated by Robin, since 2018. I am more than pleased with every bit of service that I do get from the company. Anytime I email robin for vacations! She’s always there and ready to travel me! And do I love the friends and family packages! My sister needed to book a flight to France! Robin was able to travel her using my package. I am truly grateful to have Silver Breeze Travel as the company that I use for travel. Plus it takes time and research finding for hotels off my hands 🙌🏻. They’re the best 😄

BUYERS BE AWARE - SILVER BREEZE TRAVEL
In 2019 I was contacted by Silver Breeze Travel advising me that I had some travel that was purchased. They advised me that the travel was expiring and if I wanted to pay a minimal amount of money I would be able to put an non-expiry on the travel and also forgo any future timeshare presentations. I ended up paying for the travel and was called again advising me that there was more travel 2 more times, which I paid.I now have enough travel to last me a lifetime. I continue to get calls from Silver Breeze Travel advising me that they have found more travel in the system that is expiring. I let them know that I don't want anymore travel and please don't call me about expiring travel.In January of 2023, I finally took a trip using my travel through Silver Breeze. When I returned from my holiday, I was contacted by my Silver Breeze advisor, advising me that there was some expired travel that came up in the system. I reminded my Travel advisor that I don't wish to be advised of anymore expired travel. I was confronted with "you have to pay for this travel, or the company that holds this in the system will be contacting you and you will have to pay a penalty!" (thousands of $'s) I had words with my advisor. I said "I paid you for all of my travel", and my advisor stated "you haven't paid for anything!" I told the travel advisor that I have 3 letters that were sent to me by courier advising how much I paid and what I paid for. The letters also state that I will not be contacted for any further travel that comes up in the system. I sent copies by email to the advisor. I was then advised in future that the only form of communication will be by email. I asked to have my file transferred to another advisor, to which I was told she was the only person I could deal with. Hence, I haven't taken any more travel since 2023.In the end I didn't pay for anymore expired more travel and I was never charged a penalty from any other company. This has red flags all over it.2 weeks ago I was contacted by the same travel advisor by text and by phone and she advised me that there was some more travel that just came through the system. I asked a bunch of questions about my travel and instead of letting me speak, she cut me off tried to confuse me and she said, "you are wrong and you don't know what you are talking about" I tried to ask other questions and again I was cut off. I abruptly ended the phone call. At that time I sent this advisor an email reminding her that all of our communication was to be by email. I advised the advisor that I wished to have my file transferred to someone else and advised I would be putting in a complaint to the BBB. I advised the agent that I felt unheard, bullied, harassed and that I found her behaviour to be rude and condescending.I was told by the agent that my file would be transferredToday I sent a request by email to my new travel agent and I got a reply from my old travel agent. When I cc'd the old travel agent on my travel request I was told not to contact her. I advised that I replied to her because she sent me a message under your admin email. You can't have it both ways.I WOULD NEVER REFER THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. WHEN YOU WANT TO BOOK YOUR TRAVEL THEY WANT 60 DAYS NOTICE, HOWEVER THEY GET BOOKINGS AND GIVE YOU 2 DAYS TO DECIDE. THE PEOPLE YOU ARE DEALING WITH ARE ONLY NICE WHEN THEY WANT YOUR MONEY, BUT WHEN YOU SAY NO AND TRY ASKING QUESTIONS THEY START BULLYING AND THEY TREAT YOU LIKE YOU ARE STUPID. TODAY I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH THE OWNERS OF THE COMPANY AND I WAS ADVISED THAT THEY WERE AWAY UNTIL AUGUST. I ADVISED THEM I WOULD CREATE A REMINDER TO REACH OUT AND CONTACT THEM AND I WAS ADVISED THAT I WILL NEVER SPEAK TO THE OWNERS!!!WOW - WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS ARE THESE PEOPLE RUNNING? THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO SPEAK WITH THEM TO ARRANGE TRAVEL AND THEY BULLY YOU TO THE POINT THAT YOU DON'T WANT TO USE THE TRAVEL YOU HAVE PURCHASED. BAD COMPANY - BAD EMPLOYEES - BAD OWNERS.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

Best travel experience ever!
We have just returned from a month-long vacation in Great Britain. We gave Robin times and dates for when we would be in certain places, and she arranged all of our flights and hotel arrangements. Everything went beautifully. The accommodation choices she gave us were exceptional. Whenever we had a question before we left, she answered it quickly and competently. The hotels that were found for us were both nice. In Barcelona, we had a quaint hotel with super helpful staff. In Venice, our hotel room was modern and spacious.

What a great value they have been and just now have started to use them.Robin is a a wonderful person to work with and always her best for you. Unfortunately I am usually asking for some thing at the last minute but she still comes through. I now am giving her the proper time to get my travel packages and she is just great. Robin ROCKS!
I had an emergency and called Robin only two weeks before I needed a rental car. She advised that Silver Breeze normally would like at least 30 to 60 days notice but she agreed to help me. I got everything I needed. Robin was so responsive, timely, professional, caring, personable...I can go on and on how great she was/is.
