Exceptional customer service
Simple and clear order process, what was exceptional was the customer service as I did not realize that DPD totally failed in delivery, returned the parcel which then. got "lost". Dylan contacted me to clarify and to sort things out so that I have finally received my fine art print. Many many thanks for this exceptional customer service!

Dylan is great to work with. My first interaction was him cancelling/refunding a purchase I made. From there he has steered me towards not only rising artist but pieces I will proudly hang in my home. Communication is top notch, availability is nearly 24/7. Never waited more than an hour or two to hear back, whether it be 2am or 6am and anytime in between. Will work with your budget and as is quite accommodating to get the client what they want as close to the desired price as possible. Keeps me up to date with new artists and works of art that come available that he knows I would potentially be interested in/meet past purchases. I’ll be back for more…

Dylan was awesome
Dylan was awesome. My wife and are not very experienced in purchasing high end art but Dylan was extremely informative on everything. He also had great patience with us as we kind of jumped around in the beginning. It is very hard to make such big purchase with out seeing the art in person but we received everything out here California and could not be happier and more satisfied. We recommend Dylan and signature fine art for anyone looking to add some beautiful pieces to your home of office!

Presentation on their website is very well done, so it's easy to get information on the piece that you are interested in. The breadth and depth of what is available is huge and filters on the site made it easy for home in on works of interest. Pricing is reasonable. Packaging for shipping was much more than adequate, consisting of multiple protective layers of bubble wrap, stiff cardboard and an opaque, outer, waterproof membrane clearly identifying the item as "fragile". There was no damage to the piece. Entire transaction was trouble free.
