Shipping was fast
Shipping was fast. Packaging was great. Customer service even took the time to call and ask how my experience was. I will say they fit great dont have to worry about them falling off. The only down side was I thought that it would come with a soft case or any kind of case, unfortunately nothing extra came with it.

Before Christmas I wrote a review about my experience with Los Reyes. I hadn't received my glasses and it had been quite a while. As it turned out I got them after Christmas for my two grandsons. I would like to renege my negative review as the company has made this right. I received an email from them offering a solution after I wrote to them. They recognized that they made a mistake and rectified the situation. That is great customer service... and I appreciate it. The glasses are great quality and my grandson's loved them. A company that can review and realize there was a mistake and make it right is okay in my books. Thank you LosReyes... it is much appreciated.

Ordered on December 10th for Christmas…
Ordered on December 10th for Christmas and the website showed they would arrive in time, but almost 2 months later still not shipped. Very poor customer service that doesn't answer. Will report as fraud on my credit card. Don't order from them.

I’ve had my Los Reyes glasses for about a year now and they’re still in great shape. I got the original show time max clarks and the quality has honestly surprised me. The frames still feel solid, the lenses are clear, and they’ve held up to daily use without loosening or feeling worn out.I’ve owned Oakleys before, and these have actually been better for me at literally less than half the price. Same durability look better and have way more value for the money.I’m impressed with how well they’ve lasted. I’ll buy again.

I bought a pair of Losreyes sunglasses as a christmas gift for my boyfriend and he loved them!! and with the bogo deal I was able to order a few more colors for the both of us.

Horrible company
Horrible company! They sold glasses they didn’t have in stock for Christmas and didn’t let anyone know that they wouldn’t have their orders by Christmas. Admitted they made a mistake and then lied and tried to say the Christmas sale was for preorders which doesn’t even make sense. They refused to refund peoples money and would not communicate at all. Just ignored everyone and offered 10% of the next order as if anyone is going to spend money with them again. Deleted all customer complaints on social media and have decided to just pretend they did nothing wrong. Do not support this awful business.

Poor customer service
Ordered in Nov for a Christmas present. This company can’t deliver before Christmas but refuses to cancel the order and refund me. Very very poor customer service. Apparently this has happened to multiple people.

Great customer service anytime I've had questions, my son loves the sunglasses, won't wear anything else on the baseball field! Been wearing them for a couple years. Bought several pairs, his brothers keep stealing them, they all love them!
