Somehow they managed to get my rug to me in a timely fashion, despite the trip from NY to TX during the Arctic Blast!Arrived tightly sealed in plastic and there were no folds or creases.I got an ivory shag that is plush, but low enough that the door opens. I am very happy with quality and service and will use them for my next rug!

Good experience
Ordered some patterned tile which was shipped to me by LTL. Any questions I had were answered quickly. Packaging was very good and only had 3 tiles out of over 700 sq ft broken which is extremely good considering it shipped over a 1000 miles to my location. Tile was in good shape and very nice. Looking forward to installing.

This company is really awesome
This company is really awesome. They have deeper discounts than most online sites. When I called to speak with them, I actually was able to speak to someone that spoke English and was from the states. Love my carpet!!!! Can’t wait until it arrives.

Great rug, great price
I found this rug at a local furniture store priced higher than I wanted to spend. Checked online and found exact rug at Carpet and Tile Mart for 30% less. Order arrived on time and the rug is beautiful.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, we had a tile project at a house we bought. Unfortunately the tile we picked had been discontinued. Contractor ordered just enough to do our job. We decided it looked so good, we decided to do another little section. After many phone calls with none in stock anywhere, I called carpet mart and Angie reached out to their other stores. She was able to secure 16 sheets of tile for us. Special thanks to Angie for going above and beyond to help us complete our project.

Love the oriental rug we purchased…
Love the oriental rug we purchased however communication of the pitches and delivery of this item was very poor. Never receive email or call about the shipment and delivery process and had to call multiple times to see where the rug was in the delivery process.
