Rude and Unprofessional
ARNING! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. VERY RUDE AND VERY DISRESPECTFUL! Jody from Shipyourcarnow called my phone and called me a liar. He originally quoted me 1950 to move my RV and wanted me to pay upfront. I was tight on funds didn't have the money until a future date and I explained that so I told him I wanted to wait to make a decision. He was fine with that. I also got quotes from PullupandGo LLC (highly recommended!!!!) on UShip for $1000 and he had awesome reviews. So logically I went with the more economical choice. Jody from Shipyourcarnow calls me back the day after my original pick up date and I told him I had chose another company and he proceeds to SCREAM AT ME AND ACCUSE ME OF LYING! First off, what kind of business owner calls a potential future customer and screams at them and accuses them of lying just because he didn't get your business. You don't even know me to be speaking to me in such a manner. Grow up Jody... VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.Update to response:Jody didn't "express disappointment". He began yelling and called me a liar. We never booked anything. He gave me a quote and sent me a letter with the information. After reading the fine print, I felt uncomfortable proceeding with my current financial state. He was completely unprofessional. Why would you call me a liar, even if you felt I was wrong. We could have just ended the conversation there. There was no need for name calling. It was a childish, inappropriate, unprofessional response. His exact words were, "SO YOU'RE A LIAR." I don't know what part of that isn't considered disrespectful or unprofessional. If calling a customer a "liar" isn't considered unprofessional, your company needs to revamp their ethics standards. I at no point "lied". Just because I chose another company that would better suit my financial situation does not constitute me a "liar" and that does not give Jody a reason to call me a liar either. He felt comfortable speaking to me that way because he was on the phone. He would have chosen his words more carefully had we spoken in person. Jody is a little boy and a phone bully. I am a TRAINED veteran. I was in no way obligated to reach back out to him after a quote. I am experiencing serious health issues and trying to get my items moved while I get my treatments here. For him to react the way he did shows a high level of immaturity and no sense of self control.

Careful
Careful, this company says they can deliver your vehicle, gets you to pay and then no shows with no follow-up. Then they will claim mechanical issues when you call them and never to contact you again to complete their service. Their contract says no refunds even if they don't deliver the service due to mechanical issues. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

Terrible Experience
Terrible Experience – Damaged My Brand-New Jeep and Took No ResponsibilityI had an awful experience with ShipYourCarNow transporting my brand-new 2025 Jeep Wrangler. When the vehicle was delivered, it had clear and noticeable dents and scratches—damage that was absolutely not present prior to shipment. I documented the vehicle before transport, so there was no question about the condition it left in.When I contacted ShipYourCarNow to report the damage, I was shocked by their response. Instead of taking accountability or offering to make it right, they pointed to fine print in their policy and essentially told me the damage wasn’t covered. This is completely unacceptable for a company in the vehicle transport business. If you care about your car—especially if it’s new or valuable—look elsewhere. The lack of care, accountability, and customer support from this company is beyond frustrating. I would never use them again and strongly advise others to avoid them.

Horrible service. Guaranteed to get your vehicle will get damaged! Worst experience. Do your self a favor and pay someone or drive your vehicle yourself!
Horrible service! Caused over 6k in damage to a car and RV in two different shipments and refused to cover the claims. Drove all the way across the county with a window down FL to CA. Took forever to get status on claims. Claims service made attempts to haggle with repair facilities only to deny claims. Was told my vehicle would be delivered on Sunday. Did not get until the following Thursday. I had a tracker in the car and noted the driver made numerous detours and appeared to deprioritize delivery of my vehicle. Kept changing my delivery date while I incurred hundreds of dollars in unnecessary rental car expenses. This was a corporate move. Filing a complaint with the major relocation company (SIrva) and my company (large global institution) that contracted with this carrier. You can get your care dented, tires damaged, destroyed alignment, windows left down and it is acceptable and not considered neglect. Have been without the use of my RV for months. Driver carrying RV had no ideas what he was doing. Took 3 hours to load and 3 hours to offload. In addition to over 4k in damages, he ripped off a jack, I corrected reinstalled spare tire, ruined the receiver . Truck carrying my RV broke down on multiple occasions. Kept delaying delivery. Stay away from this company. I had to follow up for weeks with no response only to get denied. I could have claimed more. Massive depreciation on vehicle and RV. Out over $400 in estimate fees in addition to lack of coverage.

ShipYourCarNow has crooked agents
To all carriers Be careful with ship your car now agents. They text you and tell you one mileage price and then when they assign the load to you, the mileage price is completely different from what you agreed on and then when you dispute it with them they want to ban you for life. These brokers need to be held to the highest standards and quit trying to manipulate the carriers. I think this is totally wrong and as a carrier, I am going to contact their bond company, and also Super Dispatch and Central Dispatch for their deceiving practices.

Thank you Todd Carlisle
Several months ago my son contracted with Safe Shipping Auto transfer for a pickup on the 26th after their moving van left, I won’t go into the sordid story, but in a nutshell they lied and missed 3 pickup times, never answered my sons called until I got involved and they were totally rude!!now, for the really really good part, my husband always said I can’t say anything in 27 words or less, but I’m gonna try. I actually picked up my phone and prayed for God to help me, and there was your company right on my screen. Now this was about 5:30 or 6 o’clock Nevada time.I knew it was a longshot who in the right mind the night before Thanksgiving will pick up the phone, but Todd Carlisle did, as soon as I heard his voice all of my frustration of the past several days came out, he was so kind and patient. He told me take a deep breath relax and tell me what the problem is, and he will help me.I was so nervous and stressed. I could hardly fill out the application and he stayed with me the whole time help me fill in the right spaces and all that time he kept telling me to breathe and relax he would fix the problem.so many things kept popping up I talked to him two more times up until 11 o’clock his time and he never rushed me off the phone. I’m sure you are all aware of the fact that trying to get an order in the night before Thanksgiving for a Thanksgiving day or Friday pick up is nothing short of a miracle. He also gave suggestions on how to leave the car safely and give the keys to our neighbor so that my son and daughter-in-law could leave earlier if necessary.I don’t remember the exact time, but I want to say 9:00 or 9:30 this morning I received a text from Todd with the driver info and a pick up and deliver for today.I had a few questions and texted Todd and he called me back in 3 seconds literally.I know this is a long story but there aren’t enough words in the English language to praise Todd for his kindness, his expertise and his attention to what was a very upsetting and distressing situation. No one, absolutely no one does this the night before a holiday and on Thanksgiving morning, this goes way above and beyond service. The driver demetriowas in constant contact with my son and I, and as we speak, the transporter is on the way to my home in Carson City and my children are on the way here.❤️⭐️

I will say that my sales rep and the…
I will say that my sales rep and the customer service at ship your car now could not have been more professional and helpful. They responded right away to my calls and tried to resolve the issue as best they could. My complaint, and why I would tell you to not use this broker, is that they hired a transport company that was, in my opinion, substandard. They hired Luma Carrier, LLC out of Ohio to transport my vehicle. Luma loaded my car 5 days ago and I was just told by Luma that the delivery will be delayed another 4 days at least. The reason given was that their truck failed a DOT inspection. An unacceptable issue for any commercial transport company. The delay was not inclement weather or mechanical issues. Certain delays are unavoidable but certain delays are unacceptable. I paid ship your car now to vet transportation companies; to hire only the best and most trusted.Unfortunately this is a situation that can not be resolved. Once your vehicle is loaded there is nothing that can be done. To hire a transportation service you sign an agreement that pick up and delivery times are not guaranteed. But there is no option other than to agree to that. My rep at Ship your car told me that paying a little more than what other brokers quoted was worth it because they made sure not to hire such a transportation company. We pay brokers to find acceptable transportation companies.

ShipYourCarNow is a disgraceful excuse…
ShipYourCarNow is a disgraceful excuse for a company. I trusted them to handle the delivery of a vehicle to my daughter, who serves in the military at Camp Pendleton. I paid extra for Saturday delivery on 4/13/2024. Not only did they deceive me about the delivery date, but they also conveniently increased the price from $1,050 to $1,100, and then sneakily added a $29 fee to the bill, without any prior disclosure.Despite their assurances of Saturday delivery, the car ended up arriving on a Tuesday, leaving me feeling utterly betrayed and exploited. Even when presented with a cheaper option for delivery on 4/15/2024, I foolishly stuck with ShipYourCarNow because of their promise of Saturday delivery. Little did I know that they would fail to deliver on their word, leaving me and my daughter feeling utterly let down.ShipYourCarNow's deceptive practices are particularly despicable considering the car's destination and the sacrifices made by our military personnel defending freedom. They should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of us. This company operates with nothing but deceitful intentions, and their actions speak volumes about their lack of integrity. To add insult to injury, the discrepancy on the bill, with an estimated pickup date of 4/9/2024 and an estimated delivery date of 4/15/2024, further highlights their incompetence. The actual pickup and delivery never occurred until 4/16/2024, exposing the sheer implausibility of their claims and the depths of their deceit. ShipYourCarNow is not just incompetent – they're downright fraudulent.

Joseph Gorfien is an excellent customer…
Joseph Gorfien is an excellent customer service rep. He is professional and effecient. I called this company to help ship my truck in one day and Joseph was able to get be scheduled for the next day. Joseph did better in one day of taken care of my concerns vs. another company I booked with over a month ago and two days prior to the scheduled pickup dropped the ball. I would recommend this company to anyone. Joseph is a great example of his company and what customer service is about.

ZERO Stars Actually - NEVER Again
My vehicle had GPS tracking on it (fortunately). Car was picked up in Portland OR, on 5/26, then sat in Vancouver WA for 5 days, then made it to Ontario OR where the truck broke down and sat there until June 5th, then made it to Boise ID where the truck ONCE AGAIN BROKE DOWN, car sat in Boise until June 8th. Car was finally delivered on Tuesday 6/13 a 19 day process. Also car was not delivered by the truck but they drove it to the destination. During this process, Jody Danow at Car Ship Now only had excuses that it was out of his control and no alternate transportation available. During the “break downs” there was zero communication, well almost, only 1 text after I complained car was not moving. If not for GPS it would have been a mystery. Worse than horrible service, borderline criminal. No wonder they want payment UP FRONT which should be a a cautionary tale. Shipyourcar.com outsources to third party gypsy contractors of dubious quality, is happy to grab the money and leave the customer without recourse. NEVER use this company is my review.

Awful service
Awful service! (You MUST read this BEFORE using Ship Your Car Now)I have used Ship Your Car Now before in the past when transporting cars from the seller in the US to Brunswick Port in Atlanta. The service has been fantastic, so much so that when a friend of mine needed a car moved via the road from Rock Hill, South Carolina to Brunswick I suggested using Ship Your Car Now.The staff member I have always used was Dana Briones, unfortunately Dana is no longer working with Ship Your Car Now, as a result I had the horror of having to deal with Rubin!Originally, I tried to book transport on the day the car was purchased, 16th June, but after speaking with Rubin was told I couldn't do this until I send him a Dock Receipt and the title for the vehicle, I was keen for Ship Your Car now to try to look for a driver as early as possible as I didn't want to have a last minute rush, Rubin told me he couldn't list the job on the "Central Dispatch Database" without this information. On the 21st of June Rubin had all the information needed, it was still very difficult with Rubin who wasn't very helpful and the shippers I was using also found his attitude pretty poor as they had to resend the dock receipt 3 times to suit Rubin's needs, again, not very helpful from someone who is being paid to do a task, however, maybe he was thorough with his job. With the task finally in Ship Your Car Now's hands and the delivery date cut off for 26th time was tight but Rubin was confident he could arrange a driver, on the 25th I called another two transport companies, National Auto Shipping and GetCarrier, just for a quote and availability, both companies added the job to the Central Dispatch Database, I wasn't aware of this until Rubin called complaining that we had asked someone else, both companies listed the job without the information Rubin said was essential before the job can be listed (wasting 5 days) Rubin assured the buyer (A friend of mine) that he could deliver the service promised and began a three way phone call with himself, the Buyer and GetCarrier to remove their job listing on the dispatch database, after this call Rubin then called National Auto Shipping and instructed them to remove the listing also, leaving just Ship Your Car Now's listing. We managed to arrange an extension on the delivery to port date to 01st July and again relayed on Rubin and Ship Your Car now to deliver.Another day passed and with no update word from Rubin, I called him at 4pm, he had left for the day but the office transferred me to his mobile, I asked if or a member of staff could call the seller, who by now was getting frustrated 10 days after selling the car still had it on his drive, to let them know that transportation is in hand and they will contact him with a date of collection, Rubin was incredibly unhelpful and rude and said "I'll do it Monday."Rubin failed to understand the buyer, 5,000 miles away in the UK is currently $30,000 out of pocket and relying on him to deliver on a service or at least settle the nerves of the seller and the buyer, to make things worse, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday came and went without contact from Rubin to myself the buyer or the promise of a call to the seller. The car missed both the original date and the extension date for the boat and missed the boat altogether even without as much as a call from Rubin! This is the same person who called and emailed the buyer within 10 minutes of another transportation company adding the job details to the dispatch board in fact Rubin at no point made any contact with myself, the buyer or the seller apart from when complaining about the GetCarrier and National Auto listings... Disgusting! On the Wednesday 01st July I called the company shipping the car from the US to the UK, I explained the problem and to let them know we were going to miss the boat.they were brilliant, they rebooked another boat, settled the nerves of the seller and handled the transportation that Ship Your Car Now had spent 16 days with. At 6am on 02nd July and 20 hours after taking responsibly for the transportation the car was loaded onto the lorry for transport to the port for the rebooked boat.It was at this point I called Ship Your Car Now (Friday / 4pm USA Time) Rubin had left for the day and I was told no one was available to help, however I did manage to remove the listing.I understand Ship Your Car Now only arrange / book cars on the transporters and don't drive the lorries themselves, as mentioned, I have used Ship Your Car Now a couple times before, even for my own car, I understand things take time and there can always be delays, what is totally unacceptable is the incompetence, lack of respect and total disregard towards the buyer and seller from Rubin, an utter digrace!
