SRSD is fantastic. Service and delivery was exact as stated in delivery time. Very happy with them. Customer service answered all questions prompt. The negative i have is the website is a little frustrating. The main web banner is to big and constantly moves in the way of viewing the dolls. The spin to win tab/banner is in the way of chat conversation, (on my desktop), not sure about a cell, and the reviews tab/banner is in the way when trying to view doll filters.

As far as looks goes the creators at Irontech made my doll an absolute goddess! Big natural looking gel breasts, a beautiful realistic face, a big and curvy booty with thick toned thighs and calves. Having said that, her body heater quit working after only 2 weeks and that was the one thing I NEEDED in my doll. I have contacted Vikki with sexyrealdolls support team. She was forwarding the problem to manufacturing but I have yet to hear back from anyone. I would have gave 10 stars if not for this problem.

Most of the time the customer neglect reps working there had the professionalism of a hobo. Disappointed in them since they were deceptive and rude.

Received my doll today and absolutely fell for her immediately. She is perfect and exactly what i was looking for in a non-living companion.Customer service had always been open and transparent with every step of the process. Only unusual challenge that was solvable with a bit of time and elbow grease was there was a removable vagina embedded in the orifice already and the tpe was adhered. Ultimately solved it myself.If I get another doll in the future I will be returning to srsd.

I love the size and curves and she is very beautiful. But the shipping was not so good, she had some damage and got a bit dirty, she could be a bit lighter and because she is so heavy seems like the parts for the controls are beginning to tear off. Also I wasn't satisfied with her supposed to be lubrication free and the depth wasn't accurate. Also the plug for her auto function was for Australia and not the USA and I had to buy a different plug for her to work. Also I never received a manual and her AI voice box and have been emailing and keep getting that they will follow up but no solution. So the doll is good but could be better if I got what I asked for and in a time of convenience for the price I paid.
