Help I didn't deserve.

I needed a pedal for a weird, old sewing machine. Expected trouble finding it or high price if I did. Neither was true at Sewingparts. They easily identified what I needed, had it in stock and price and shipping were very fair. Even when I inadvertently ordered twice, they quickly canceled one order and refunded my money. Customer service was very pleasant. Skip Ebay. Shop here.

Helpful, Frequent Communication, Excellent Service

Staff were very helpful in fulfilling my order. Some of the items were backordered and they kept me informed quite often about the status of my order. I really appreciated that. This is the second time I have ordered from them and once again, I had a very positive experience.

I have never had a problem handled so…

I have never had a problem handled so quickly. Only one e-mail and all was solved, wow, wow wow.There is always a first...this company is not only fantastic in their large selection of items, but also in their customer service, could say I got the "White glove", treatment, and I only had a very small order....just WOW.

Super high quality and helpful company. Some of their items are shipped directly from suppliers and there was a delay with my order. They refunded my shipping, reached out to the supplier, and had my item shipped overnight the next day.

Advertises items in stock but doesn't have them!

This company advertises many items but have few of them in stock. They process your order knowing parts are not in stock and take your money. I have to wait for the item to get to them and then they ship it to me which takes weeks. My current order was placed on December 16th. After not hearing from them, they finally emailed to tell me that one of the items was discontinued and that they could not get it. Then why advertise it as available? There was another item that was not in stock and I was told that my entire order will be shipped once they get it. It is not January 5, and it is still an unfufilled order that I have already paid for. Most companies would not charge you until they ship your order. That good business practice. I would rather they tell me in advance that they do not have the item so I can look somewhere else especially when I need a part right away. I really don't appreciate them taking my money before having the item to shipped to me. I have had this experience with them on many occasions and have vowed not to order from them again. But they keep coming up at the top of my searches and sometimes I forget. Other times they are the only ones advertising having the product, which is a lie most of the time!I would change this 1-star rating to a 5-star rating if they would just tell the truth. Sometimes they will say that an item is out of stock and that you can get added to the list for when it comes in. But without verifying this right now, I believe you have to order it and pay for it. I can understand that this will keep them out of cash flow issues. But please be fair to your customers. Find another way to do this because it is bad business!

Placed order and no update after 2 weeks

Placed an order for my grandma for some sewing rulers. After making my payment and placing the order; I realized there was no "estimated date," for delivery. 2 weeks later and still no emails concerning the order, but I got 5 emails from them about new sale items. 😵‍💫Now I'm on hold 23 minutes in, trying to get an update. This is worst online order I've ever dealt with. Never again!

NOT a Happy Customer

I have had a paid order sitting in their warehouse for over a month. Finally got through to Customer Service after being on hold for an hour and they promised to get the fabric shipped that day. And that day they shipped something else I ordered a week ago and not the fabric I needed. I am now 20 minutes on hold again. I have several other items on order with them that are a week old and the service agent couldn't even tell me when they might ship. NOT HAPPY!

Ordering with them is a mistake

You order thinking they are well supplied with the parts that they are advertising, Mistake #1. You login to see the status of your order thinking there is some progress, Mistake #2. You send in an email to their support, and until you get back to their site, and send an email via chat, that is Mistake #3. They are polite when they respond, but you are thinking if you are flexible with them, they will work with you to split your order and send you what they do have; Mistake #4 as they will charge you extra. Overall, you might end up ordering in early November, and not get your parts in time for Xmas so you can make what you would like to for people you intend to make gifts for......that would result in Mistake #5; trusting this company at all.

I placed an order

I placed an order, got an order confirmation and then NOTHING!. According to their shipping policies my order was supposed to ship within 3 days. They want you to download an app that automatically scans all your emails (!!) and sends you tracking information. I'm not downloading that app. I sent 2 emails and have spent 8+8+30 minutes (calls dropped I had to call back) and STILL was not able to connect to customer service and get an update on my order. I will not be buying from them ever again. After numerous attempts I finally opted to leave my phone number and request a call back. I got a call within a few hours and a very helpful woman checked my order status. They do not ship until all parts are in stock but she estimated, I'd get my shipment in mid Dec. I'm happy with that for now and am awaiting my new presser feet with bated breath. I might order from them again but not if it's something I need/want urgently.
