Poor Communication and Delivery Timeline
Given the expectations that were set at the start of teh audit, it was over two weeks late. In addition, there was very poor communication from the associate who was doing our work.

Helpful, quick and Accounts prepared well and on time
Overall they were helpful, kept us in the loop and resolved issues like with one of the bank confirmations so we hit the deadline and the final accounts were in line with our Management which was great. Despite a few early basic errors, like understanding we have international subs so their accounts are in currency.
