Bad Experience

Received the car after service in dirty condition specially inside, no tires rotation has been done as requested, tires notification on the screen, date/time not set, two small scratches on front cover, they put some aftermarket parts although I requested all parts to be genuine. Very bad experience, will not return back again

UNPROFESSIONAL APPROACH TO VEHICLE ISSUES

I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of service I received. My car (Nissan Sunny 2016 Model) had a problem like there was a slight delay in clutch engagement if you move from stop, and also a slight delayed acceleration because of one engine senser was active. I approached them and I was arranged one service engineer Mr. satish . They took 3 days to come with a quote what is the problem with my car, they recommended overhaul of gearbox, thereafter the problem will be resolved. Their charges were 4500 Dhs, Knowingly they are charging high I agreed that amount expecting a better service from them. because what I understand is that all the car holders love their car like their own child. But let me tell you they do not have a professional diagnostic team who can pin point what is the issue with the gearbox, they never try to do a electronic diagnostic before they commence the repair, and they are least bothered to ask the customer what are the known problems with the vehicle which is very essential to come to a final conclusion for defect analysis and problem solving.They overhauled my car, I just asked them all the warning signals are re-set, they said that there are two codes still active and if required to check it will be extra. The active codes were HO2S2(Bank 2 sensor 2). I was really surprised what was the requirement to overhaul my car gearbox if they could not see the known problem? After that they try to justify their side.I paid the service amount.The way they treated me is totally unacceptable, if we give a car for defect analysis they are supposed to sent a full list of known defects and estimated cost for each.They don't do that. Also their cost of repair is not less than OEM charges. Then why someone should approach them once OEM is available.If you love your car, and expect a proper repair value for money never go to them. Because they do not have a systematic way of checking a car, a procedure for submitting a service report with list of spares used, and cost of unprofessional repair is very high.

Overpriced, unprofessional and quick to shift blame - avoid at all costs!!

I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of service I received. After bringing in my vehicle, I was presented with an outrageously inflated quote that felt like a clear attempt to take advantage rather than provide a fair assessment. When I understandably did not approve the estimate right away, the service team — particularly Sherine, the advisor assigned to me — shifted the blame for the delay in repairs onto me, rather than acknowledging their lack of clear communication and follow-up. The experience was unprofessional, frustrating, and a complete waste of my time. I will not be returning and strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this service center.Regret having to give them even a 1 star rating just to get this review through so others can save the hassle.

Bad service fully cheating

My name is sujin.i did it my car service only oil service and full 360 check up they collect me 900dhs but they did only oil change.they mentioned all service cost in the bill. ac filter not clean and air filter not clean and oil filter also not changed.water service not clean well.if anybody doing there go and infront of your eye do it after they bring your vehicle you don't know what they are doing there.i go another garage really I disappointed because they (service my car) team not did anything before.my all my car problem I cleared other garage.this all people are cheating. don't spoil your money this same like company froad people.

Money paid for nothing worst experience

In the end after they kept the car for 5 days they send me an unbelievable overpriced quotation were they put all the parts to be replaced (which i dont think its necessary they just wanted to get more profit) and with labour cost double of the price parts so i told them to return the car as i will not continue with the repairs and i will pay for the diagnosis only the amazing thing is that they charge each diagnosis separately (which i was not informed about before proceeding) so the bottom line of this experience is that i gave them my car and it sat for 5 days there and i paid 500AED for nothing

A scam!

Very overpriced labour and costs for items which I did not approve. They wanted to charge me 400 over the approval price as they made a mistake with the document. They did lower the price after I complained but not the original price/ I would never have agreed to it if they had informed me. The work should have been around 300 max and they were asking 1000!

Be aware of the company

It is a pure scam company. I gave my car for general check up. It takes usually couple of hours. At the begining they said they will collect car 7.30 in the morning and deliver the car following day in the morning. I said ok. Same day evening because there is no message i asked them. They didn't even started. After several messages they sent me quotation on following day afternoon. It's been 4 days they will only change air, ac filters and wiper blades plus diagnose the warning lights. No communication yet despite i sent thme several messages. Check up prices are looks like very cheap but overcharges everything later. I checked eached items in different garages. Servicemycar quote everything extremely high. Tyres are almost 1000aed more expensive for each brand. I don't trust anything they are doing to my car at the moment. Probably they are checking youtube how to fix car.

For those people who experience a bad service why we don't do something to give lesson of this shot company, may car sitting there for 2 days just to change the oil and filter im trying yo call many time but still not get any response from them. This is shit service

Disappointing

Disappointing, unprofessional, takes so long, charge so much, takes up to a week for a simple brakes fix.never going back, not recommended.

Beware this company as they are…

Beware this company as they are actually doing Fraud by telling different stories and asking money on day by day basis. Don't waste your money as I have already done a big mistake. Invoice reached to 15000 AED and they are still asking for more money.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Useless stay away!! They had my car 15 days and only changed the battery. They only got an auto electrician to check the key programming when I said I was taking my car back - they are terrible and they tried to charge me for work and parts they hadn’t provided. I think this is like theft. They are not an honest company and will charge inflated prices for parts to make more money

Bad Service

Bad ServiceI’ve had a terrible experience with this “SERVICE MY CAR”, and I want to warn everyone. This is the second time they’ve drained my car battery. After the first service, I thought it was just an oversight, but after paying for a second service, my car stopped working again for days, with constant short drives followed by a dead battery which no battery charger or jumps starts could repair.I called their customer service multiple times, which was beyond frustrating. One of their staff came to check the car, confirmed the battery wasn’t working, and told me it was fixed and held 86% charge (48% on the day of the service). But as soon as he left, the car completely died and didn’t work for days.I had no choice but to get a new battery TWICE on my own just to be able to drive. Their customer service is awful, and the quality of their work is unreliable. Please Do not book with these people—they’ll drain your car battery and leave you stranded. Stay away!

Be careful!

Be careful ! Totally regret trusting them! The service was advertised as same day service, it took about 5 days till I got my car, 3 days which almost no one is answering me.. they punctured my tire in the garage and tried to make me pay for repairing it, when I refused the phone operator was shouting at me and saying « they will deduct it from our salary « Then hung up the phone on me, eventually they did a really poor job repairing the tire punctured.. I paid for major service pack.. the car came back so dirty.. dirtier then the state I sent it.. the only useful thing they did was changing oil and oil filterTo conclude it they’re not trustworthy, unreliable, and unprofessional

Do not use this company at all costsThey will try and get as much money out of you by telling you your car needs extra work. Go direct to a garage please do not go through these as service my car is the middlemen.Also someone will also to tell you to write a review to get £10 off the price however this is also another lie

Very bad and suspicious work

My car was at their Al ain garage for a week. I specifically wrote for them to do major service and work on engine overheating, and front left park light not working. They opened, car engine, gearbox, battery slot and told me to buy new battery (mine was only 2 years old) and wanted to check on gear. When I told them I dont need them to do anything else as my bill was 5300AED, They returned my car without my engine cover, alot of screws were missing from the engine, the gearbox was still opened, the battery slot was open, my windscreen washer cap was missing,This garage is a mess and this is not the first time they wanted to do something that I did not require as I am the one paying.Very amateur work and I would not recommend them to anyone.

not a trustful company !

I asked to fix my AC and check my battery . They came back 3 days later with a full list to fix up to 10500 AED !!!! This is a joke as i never asked to check anything else . This is a scam !!!!! Never again

Disappointing experience

Firstly as per phone conversation I was explained that all the oils will be replaced, battery check 360 inspection and filters change within 24 hours for 299aed,Than I got estimion for more than 1000 aed , I accepted it , my care came back to me after 3 days with plenty of calls to your customer service number, and the guy who delivered my car was very rude and insisting, he delivered my car in to meedle of the send and wanted me to take my car from there( not to mention that it was in darkness after 9 pm). After 3 days battery in my car just died! Car is fully vibrating and making a lot of sounds during drive. Acceleration became more difficult, and overall car performance become even worse, I m really disappointed with your service, taking so much time charging so much , just to receive car in worse condition!

The worst service I ever had

The worst service I ever had. They will be polite and down to earth in the initial service booking time and once they made you complete the payment, they will be rude, no proper answer for your queries, and once you told them that you will reveal their true face in social media they will threaten you. After cancelling the service it takes 7-10 working days to refund your money. Meanwhile booking it takes a few seconds. Such a waste fellows and services.
