My order arrived really fast and everything was wrapped in eco-friendly packages. The products were as promised and the customer support was quick to answer each and every one of my questions, even after I received my parcel. I was concerned at first because I got a fragrance for an amazing price I thought it might ended up a clone or somethingI contact costumer service they answered right away and she was so nice and friendly and told me I have nothing to worry about and that the fragrance is legit and they are have several warehouses around Europe I’m so thankful I got the fragrance and everything was good from the order to the delivery and the costumer service They really deserve 5 stars
Bought a Klairs facial cleaning gel. Amazing product that fits greatly with my skin. The delivery was very smooth and the packaging was very nice. Definitely recommend seren.earth to anyone that looking for a huge variety of quality products!
All good. I ordered some Molton Brown, Payot, Bamble & Bumble and Slosophy products. They came in 2 different packages (I guess that's how their warehouses and delivery works??) but it's ok, all the products are super nice. I am happy with my purchase and delivery was also free.
