We hired SellerCandy to fix one thing and one thing only because we did not think we could get it done in a timely way. Amazon had suspended two or our main SKUs and basically put us out of business for an incorrect reason. We had tried to fight this for a long time and weren't getting anywhere. We gave SellerCandy a month to get it done, and they did! The agent they assigned to our case was a wonderful communicator and she emailed us at least every other day whether there was news or not. We always knew that she was working hard on the case, and she did finally manage to get both SKUs released. We are very grateful and know that our money was well spent. Thank you, SellerCandy!

Working with Seller Candy, in particular Arvin, Stephen & Jay, has been great. They have helped us get our Seller Central account optimized for much better success. We had a big issue with multiple ASINs for the same product SKU that had been created by different resellers. They help submit all of these violations to Amazon Support and get them delisted created an improved consumer shopping experience.

I'm starting to think all the other reviews are fake.
I heard good things about this company and I was excited because I really need the help ----- but I signed up for the $800/month plan (plus on top of that I paid another few hundred for extra simultaneous tasks) and over the course of a MONTH, they've only successfully resolved maybe 2-3 cases for me. I could spend one Sunday afternoon on the phone with Amazon and get 2-3 cases resolved in a few hours. I thought I was paying for people to talk to Amazon every day for me and make progress. I thought they were experts at dealing with Amazon. They don't really seem any more knowledgeable or any more persistent than I am. It seems that 95% of what Seller Candy does is just log in once a day and reopen closed cases that Amazon hasn't fixed yet. For over $1000/month... I can do that myself.

We signed up for Seller Candy about a month ago. To be honest, I was excited, but kind of hesitant, given it seemed too good to be true. I've butted heads with Amazon Seller Support, and rarely had success. Mostly, I am a one-man marketing team, and I just don't have time to contact them for non-urgent reasons.The team at Seller Candy is incredible. Firstly, with the onboarding process is painless. It's a simple ticket system, and it's like Seller Support became what you wanted: actually helpful. The agents that work on my tickets are kind, responsive, and obviously very competent. They will check things before I even have the chance to, and are proactive about keeping me updated. You can tell that these agents really care, and it's fun to watch them correspond with Seller Support in Seller Central. Reconciliation has been great as well. I find myself getting so excited, like when I saw an email from Amazon Seller Support actually genuinely APOLOGIZING for something being difficult. I don't know how the Seller Candy agents work their magic, but it's truly changing our business on Amazon, and I am so so grateful.Definitely worth the cost - you'll recoup it in reconciliation alone, in addition to the time and potential sales that you may have been missing out on due to Seller Support being the worst to ever exist.

Brand Management Help
I wanted to optimize Amazon listings for the Brands that we purchase as wholesale. I kept running into the issue of not being able to update the listing because the Brand owned it, but when speaking with the Brand, they don't own any listings. Seller Candy was able to communicate with the Brand to get approval to create and update listings for specific products. They submitted the approval and I was able to create and modify certain product listings.
