a year after install
I have a one membrane system with panel. It was a challenge to install into my 34 foot trawler. It took a day of planning to figure out where to put everything. Once that was done and we had a plan the install well. I had a couple issues that I really did not understand well, I called Mike and he was able to talk me through them. I was over in the Bahamas when I had an issue and he was able to trouble shoot the problem and get me back up and running.I can say the customer service is good. The product is great and the prompt shipment when needed has be fantastic. The only thing I can say negative is that the explanation on the pressure regulator was not very thorough. Once I saw the rinse video on you tube and understood the time for rinsing and how that system works, I was better able to use it.I did pickle the system over the summer. I could not find any info on what to do after pickling. I think a more in-depth systems video might be great for all of us novices so we better understand what is happening and how to address it. Over all I give the seawater pro 5 stars. Thanks for the water!

I should have done this sooner but I am so glad to share this with you. We bought the largest water maker they have and we put in on a small house in Great Exuma in the Bahamas.It is supposed to make 40gph and it can really crank it out. Our water comes from a well that pulls seawater from under the the island down in the rock about 75 feet down.We had horrible water for years. After getting this system our plumbing is no longer eroding, we no longer have to replace washer machine and faucet heads every year.In fact we went to the local water company that supplies the 5 gallon bottles to have it tested. Our water was so good it was off their testing charts. They told us they should be buying their water from us.The only issues we have ever had was user error on our parts on how to operate and maintain the system. I have been able to text and also FaceTime them when I needed a little help with what I was doing wrong.We are so very happy that they have been the solution for our little rental house in paradise.

Have the SeaWater Pro water maker for 2 years. Indispensable in the Bahamas. Besides, the quality of water is so good, you want to make it instead of shore water anyways. had no issues ever but in 2 years there was a tiny leak in one of the joins due to boat vibrations. Mike and his team are the best. Always stay by their product and support it in every way possible. Response on a weekend in minutes. Sent the replacement part instantly at no charge, not even shipping. Good people. Highly recommend.

I really like that this is an up and coming venture that is offering more value than expense. The sales communication process could use some polishing but that will come with growth. Simple to install and easy of use, this watermaker is a must for the seasoned boater, we are using the 40 gal model since 2 years and it works great, we change the 3 pre filters every 6 months and we are good to go,the back flush is automatically done every 5 days with the simple timer. Any part needed can be purchased at Lowes or Home depot for a fraction of the price,the videos are easy to understand, and any problem,you call the service number and Mike will help you,he knows the watermaker very well since he build it.Finally a simple and affordable watermaker.
