It is no accident that every review, including this one, gives SDM roofing 5 stars. After being mucked around by another company for more than 6 months, only finally to be told that they weren’t coming at all, I was blessed to find SDM roofing. Sebastian was straight up from the beginning letting me know that he couldn’t even come and give a quote for 2 months. Given that no other company would even come to the Central Highlands to give a quote I was happy to wait. Sebastian gave me a date and time and he arrived exactly as promised. When giving the quote for our new shed roof Sebastian listened carefully to what we wanted and made suggestions as to what we extra we might want to include. There was no hard sell, Sebastian was merely thoughtfully responding to my own wishes for the project. I stated that I wanted the job to be done once and properly. We took up all of Sebastian’s suggestions because they made good sense and fitted with what we were trying to achieve. At the time of the quote Sebastian gave me the earliest possible install date, some two months later. Again, they arrived on time, as promised.Another company may have looked at our old farm shed and thought “crappy old shed” and just slapped a roof on it. Sebastian’s team were thoughtful and careful with the work from the beginning. They went above and beyond, even rebuilding and reinforcing parts of the roof structure (not something that was discussed in the quote), and making recommendations such as putting insulation under the lean-to in case we wanted to enclose it in the future. Every seam, every join expertly fitted and finished. They carefully removed the old tin from the roof so that it was not damaged. We flipped it over to the other side which was in near perfect condition and used to clad the outer shed walls.From the start to the finish the work of SDM Roofing was superb. Their team were courteous and professional. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
