Scanavenger helpdesk response
Scanavenger responded to a helpdesk email within 5 minutes of sending the same. They walked me through resolving the issue just as quickly. I am quite impressed with that level of service and will definitely purchase more product in the future.

Top notch customer service!
I was having issues with my scanner not transferring info to my apps so I emailed Scanavenger for support. They responded immediately and did their best to help me. Unfortunately, the reset didn’t work and I replied as such. They called me shortly after, which I wasn’t expecting, but was pleasantly surprised! After speaking with Chris, we found the problem (I had set it to the wrong mode) and the issue was resolved! I appreciate how Chris went out of his way to make sure my problem was solved and that I was happy with my scanner.

Was looking for a programmable barcode scanner that would insert a TAB (keyboard stroke) upon seeing a SPACE in a barcode. I sent Jeziel a sample bar code and had a response it could be done with no issues along with the model number I needed. I ordered it and asked for the barcode setup procedure I needed to use and had that within 15 minutes. Works like a charm, great price and even better support. This is my scanner company from this point forward.

Bought one of their scanners. It worked fine until I changed some settings. I emailed them and they responded in under 10 minutes with a set of reset barcodes to scan. took me under a minute and then it worked great! fantastic customer support! would 100% recommend.
