Delivery was just in time. Delivery is perfect. Assembly process is better with videos. Manual is not sufficient to make assembly correctly. Product is ok. Only for the front basket I have faced difficulty. For the performance of bike, I can say it works perfectly. Only for electric drive, after full charging it, its range is not lile 100km. It seems like 60km without using acceleration button but with using the pedals.

The bikes breaks sounds like a horn. After sending a email and message also there hasn’t been any reply to a problem with their bike. Would not buy from this company again as they have no customer service or guarantee at all.Bad company

I bought samebike Lo26 and after one month of light isage the bike broke. They claimed the controller is broken and should be replaced. So far itself 22 days sincr the bile is broken and i didn’t get replacement for the controller. I asked for returning the bike but samebike refused the return claiming the bike is used. This experience cost me lot of money, wasted my time and disturbed my life in a very bad way. I don’t recommended any one to buy this product or deal with those guys.
It was diffucult to get a fitting fixed lock on the bike. Is it possible to have one off factory as option, already adjusted. For insurance a lock must be mounted

The product was same as the photographs and have all of the same equipments so nobody fall in a doubt for while buying this...BUT ! I want to see a same light system in the back too because why not ?, chain must be better quality and more provement against the rusting issues and last one if we can see the time in the display screen it would be better for driving safety good to use it in rainy and windy NL conductions i'm happy to use it
Sends broken bikes and then asks you to buy new parts for hundreds of £. Sent a broken battery and won't refund it. Bought bike in august and it's been unusable since October and I keep being told to buy new parts where every part cost about £300, which I could buy a whole new bike from a proper bike company. Do not spend money on this company, absolute fraud.

The delivery was heavily delayed, so I clearly requested cancellation before receiving anything.Despite this, the seller kept asking me to “wait” and refused to refund until the bike returned to their warehouse — even though I never received the item at all.After weeks of delays and excuses, I had to raise a bank dispute, and the bank ruled in my favor and refunded me.Very poor customer service, unreasonable refund policy, and unnecessary stress for the customer.Think carefully before buying from this company.

I placed an order on December 29 (order #5795). According to the tracking information, the shipment has been stuck in Zaltbommel, Netherlands since January 2 (until 19 of January), with no movement or delivery updates.I have contacted customer support multiple times by email and chat. Responses are slow and consistently vague, with no clear delivery date, no DHL investigation reference, and no concrete solution. I was only told to “give some time” repeatedly.I depend on this bike for work, and the lack of clear communication and defined timelines has been very disruptive. At this point, I still have no product and no reliable information.
