It was a well organized trip. We had the best guides, the best hotel accommodations and the best meals during this trip. The hiking part was challenging but very rewarding. Best memories from this trip! Thank you, Karina!
I'm giving 5 stars to this perfectly organized hike to Machupicchu. Even though Karina couldn't join us she was still able to take care of every aspect of the trip. Everything was just awesome including food, transfers, accommodation, treks, and our guide company. I'd recommend it and be happy to come along again!Let me know when you're heading towards Bolivia and Torres del Paine.

It was quite an amazing experience to meet unfamiliar people first time at an airport and just after eight days spent together regret our parting so much. Along the journey, besides enjoying the unimaginable beauty of Andes landscapes, uncounted species of plants overflowing the jungles and ancient trails and temples left by Incas, together with my wife we found new friends.Thanks to Karina, our journey was as flawless as it can be possible, even delayed flight seemed to be a part of the adventure but never a trouble.
Karina pays so much attention to details that makes our trip wonderful. We were accompanied by best guides and chef, our group was so like minded and well balanced, we always went to the best restaurants. Last night we had very warm dinner were Karina surprised everyone. I highly recommend Safarika Travel.
Short version: great trip, do it with Karina for the ultimate experience. Longer version: Both my wife and I are avid travelers and don't trust our vacations to anyone lightly. We did good trips with REI and Active Adventures in the past, so we were on the fence about this one. But once we met Karina in person, we were completely sold by her knowledge of the area and its culture as well as Karina's outpouring positive energy. All the communication during the preparation was timely and informative. The hiking guide operators were excellent. All transitions between hikes and hotels were problem free. The food was better than expected. It also helps to have good like-minded group members and that's where we got really lucky. Already miss my new friends! But again, kudos to Karina as good leaders attract good people.
Travel is about new experiences, mesmerizing vistas, incredible new friends, rewarding challenges, and just ... fun. All that and much more was in the Karina's trip to Peru. Karina's planning and organizational skills are exceptional. Her professionalism and knowledge can please anyone. Peru is amazingly beautiful and so versatile country that eight days are not enough to cover it all, but with Karina I got the flavor of the country and know for sure I will be back someday. If you are longing for breathtaking views, interesting people and experiences, challenging summits, uplifting energy, and gourmet food - that trip is for you!

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Visiting Peru was a huge dream of mine for quite some time and I was thrilled to join this tour. Simply Flawless experience all the way! From the moment I called Karina (Safarika Travel) to get more information about the tour till the moment I returned home, exhausted but so-so happy and full of incredible emotions and precious memories! Amazing-amazing time! Usually I plan and organize my own trips, joining a group tour was a new thing for me, exciting yet unknown. What a great decision I’ve made! Not for a single moment I had any doubts about Karina’s professionalism. Not even once throughout the trip I have looked at any of my flight/transportation details or hotel bookings. Karina was on top of everything! Always very caring and kind, informative and professional. Karina provided us with all the necessary information way in advance before the trip and while we were on the journey. Everything was very well organized. We were only responsible for enjoying Peru and ourselves! What’s even more, Karina was able to gather a great group of like-minded and very interesting people who became a vital part of this fantastic experience. It was so hard to say our Good Byes. It has been once in a lifetime adventure, complete refresh of mind and body, dreams coming true and many other things. If you are thinking about doing the same, I totally recommend going there with Karina Safari (Safarika Travel) - in addition to being an excellent guide and organizer, she also manages to gather a great team of likeminded adventurers. She is already assembling her next Machu Picchu group for the Labour Day weekend.
My fiancee and I had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend this trip! We had done a fair amount of research and Katrina worked with us to customize our trip to fit our budget. We started with several amazing days in the Amazon, followed by our Galapagos adventures, and finished up in wonderful Quito. All aspects of the trip were seamless and made for a very enjoyable experience - so much so that we are going to Machu Picchu with Katrina in 2017!
Just to say "Thank you" is not really enough to express our gratitude for such an incredible journey to Ecuador and Galapagos. I travelled with my friends and family, and this trip came out to be exactly what we needed, every day was full of exciting impressions and fun. We spent 2 weeks exploring the most impressive regions of Ecuador and they were like different worlds to us: Quito and Latitude 0, Andean "Avenue of volcanoes", Amazonic rainforest, unique Galapagos islands... Karina Safari took care of every detail, gave us a lot of professional advice, our itinerary was customized to our needs and travel logistics were very accurate and well organized. Karina advised us the best hotel options in Ecuador according to our budget expectations: every lodge and guest house was clean, safe, comfortable and value for money. Our 9 y.o kid was very impressed with this journey, he even said one day he will be back in Galapagos for a chance to work with giant tortoises at Charles Darwin Station. On return back home he made presentation at school about Ecuador, he shared his pictures and best travel stories. Karina, we will always remember this trip and we can't wait to visit Latin America again with your professional help!
I always choose Safarika Travel for my trips to South America, and this was my third time in this region (visited Ecuador and Colombia before). This time I went to Peru, Bolivia and Chile. As always, big thanks to my travel guru Karina Safari for creative approach in itinerary design and pushing the limits. Two unforgettable weeks in Peru and Bolivia was a blast! Having almost coped with emotions after meeting with Inca masterpieces, I found myself in the fantastic Bolivia scenery, astonishing Uyuni salt desert and becalming smooth surface of Lake Titicaca. Special thanks for wrapping up our travel in Chile, rinsing down impressions with a glass of good wine and enjoying the Pacific from Valparaiso Hills! It was unforgettable!!!!
Can't imagine better organized trip than what I had. Through the whole trip I didn't look a once at my hotel reservations, tickets, commutes, everything was extremely well planned and I could spend all my time enjoying nature, history and beauty of Peru. I will definitely call Karina next time I decide to go to LATAM. Cheers!
My adventure to the Galápagos Islands was absolutely amazing! I made several turtle friends, who I'm still in touch with, while my snorkeling achievements are yet to be revealed:):):) Incomparable travel agent Karina Safari who organized the tour, created an unforgettable experience! I traveled to Ecuador in May of 2016 . Karina give me a lot of useful information. She find for us fantastic guide Edgar for climbing highest volcano in Equador Chimborazo, and several smaller for acclimatization. If you want to travel to Ecuador, Galapagos Islands or Columbia she is the right person who can help!
