This company is a scam
Heard back from the billing department over 2 weeks after requesting a cancellation and their response was that they don’t do refunds that all sales are final. From their refund policy they sent me:Any order canceled within 30 days and not under manifest is entitled to a full refund. Any order is considered “under manifest” when a reservation of limited capacity at the Passport Agency has been placed on your behalf. Given the limited capacity of these reservations, any order under manifest will not be entitled to a refund. Additionally, any order in which the packet containing the application for submission to the US Department of State has been downloaded is not eligible for a refund. However, a non-refundable order remains active for 12 months from the date the order was placed and may be processed at any time within that period or transferred to a family member or friend.Even with them getting back to me super late I’m still within 30 days and no where in the refund policy does it have words saying all sales final. This company is a scam save your money.

Nothing More than a remailing service
This company intentionally misrepresents themselves to individuals who want their passports quickly. They are nothing more than a remailing service and provide no real value other than shipping paperwork.There’s no expertise here, no contacts, no actual support beyond someone reading a script. It’s just a remailing service for your documents and an 800 number with people who don’t care at all about you because they already have your money. Throwing your money into a pile and setting it on fire would be more productive than hiring these incompetent scumbags.

total ripoff
total ripoff. GovWorks s a technology platform that Fedex hands you off to. They claim to "streamline passport applications by guiding users through forms to reduce errors and partner with FedEx to provide expedited passport services, allowing users to create a, fill out, and submit documents, which are then shipped and hand-carried to the U.S. Department of State." So what happens is you go to the Fedex site and they hand you off to govworks. The govworks process is more confusing than most government sites. They then process your input and fill out the DS-82 form. Along the way they try to upsell you on insurance, lost passports and all sorts of stuff and then hand you back to fedx for submission. They do not answer their support lines. Once I gave up and demanded a refund I still could not get through. I found websites to go to about how to request a refund and they have links to pages that don't exist

Lies lies and more lies
They make it sound like I will be able to come and and have someone help with the process. NOT THE CASE. YOU CAN PRINT AND MAIL. (If you don't have a printer at home.) WASTE OF MY TIME! You come in to use their computer and printer.

I would give them a "0" if possible
I would give them a "0" if possible. Did everything I needed to within my control, tried getting an appointment at 5 different Passport Authorized representatives and the only one I could get an appointment at said they couldn't authorize facilitated service because my travel wasn't within the "14 day window" and that I was duped by Rushmypassport for the $299 fee. Of course Rushmypassport likes to omit as much as possible for that "no refunds once documents downloaded" caveat. Of course I submitted a refund request due to this obvious omission and 3 weeks later they've never gotten back to me. Predatory and people need to stay far away from them.02/24/26 and yet still no one is getting back to me about the actual submitted refund that I was told was going to be completed within 3-5 days over 2 weeks ago.

The library and post office told me I shouldn't have used it, basically a scam. There is no customer service, they just fill out a form for you. I checked passport card, they charged me extra for it and it didn't arrive. Their tracking doesn't work and offering passport protection doesn't matter if there is no customer service for you to contact to get the help. Just do your application yourself and save some money.

The biggest scam EVER
The biggest scam EVER! This company ruined my baby moon!!! My husband paid $750 for a one day rush passport- they required proof of travel (which had to be cancelled with no refund!!! Including our remaining trip to the Cayman Islands-we lost over $10,000!!!)- he submitted everything on February 4th-it is now February 20th and still no passport!!! This is serious fraud and must be reported to the Department of state- so many reviews state the same!!! How is this fraudulent illegal company still doing business and falsely advertising to steal people’s money and completely ruin their vacation and have them loose tens of thousands of dollars!!!???? Reporting them to BBB, government, fedex, everywhere and anywhere that can start an investigation and audit for fraud and shut this place down immediately!!!!

Misleading “rush” service
Wish they would just be upfront and honest about this service. Takes forever to speak to anyone on the phone. Received documents via USPS even though was told they would arrive via FedEx. Received my passport but still waiting on passport card which will be an additional 2-3weeks. Never mentioned this delay. Would never use this service again.
