It was a difficult task to get a new passport for my son who just turned 18 and is now an adult. The difficulty came from the fact that he really had no adult ID. The crew here worked relentlessly to come up with enough forms of ID to get him anew passport in time to travel. Not even the horrible weather stood in the way. Ana and the whole term delivered!

Getting ready for a trip and could not find my passport, evidently lost or misplaced. Called these folks and they walked me through the whole process, answered my emails quickly and got my passport delivered at the time promised. I live in a small town almost two hours from Dallas, TX so this service was invaluable. Glad to recommend them.

Post office lies!!! I tried to get my passport “expedited” at post office but they told me would take weeks!! Thank God I found this company because I was able to get it in 5 days! The post office has no clue what they are doing or talking about! I highly suggest using a company that is actually registered with the State Department. These guys save my trip and my life! I thought I wouldn’t be able to get a passport in time according to the post office but they have no clue and basically lied to me saying it would be impossible. Thank you so much Rushed Passport!! Going to Aruba for Valentine’s Day now!!! Woohoo!!

Couldn’t say enough good things about Amanda at Rushedpassport. We were faced with tight deadlines and an ice storm. FedEx then screwed up delivery and I got my passport delivered 2 hours before I left for airport. Amanda stayed in touch helped me escalate and went above and beyond. High highly recommend. .

Edit: I was credited a full refund as 2/5/26. I started to use this service but it ended i didn't need it. This was done on 1/14/26 and was charged before I completed the process and never did. I emailed and left a message on their 800# to cancel on the 15th and spoke to a rep & I received a cancelation email on the 1/15/26. I have had to file a fraud claim and fowarded the cancelation email to bank. They have not refunded my money as 2/3/26. I would not suggest this company to anyone since I asked for it to be canceled due to incomplete process and they have not returned funds. I didn't call 1st they called me to push order and I stopped process due to suspicion, tried to call them back and number was not in service. Go directly to passport office its like 290.00 from my understanding in new oreleans and you can get it that day. These guys are scamming and ripping people off. So they have 619.95 that they have not refunded. As of today my bank is still waiting for answers. Money back guarantee is a lie.

I cannot say enough outstanding things about this company. They were absolutely amazing. I had a trip planned to Aruba for three months and thought my passport expired in 2028 when it actually expired in 2026, 2 weeks before my flight was scheduled. I was totally stressed and upset. There are no offices in Florida and thought I was out of luck until I found this organizarion Rushed passport worked with me to get them all necessary documents and I got state department approval 3 days later. My new passport just arrived and I’m heading to Aruba next week. I can’t thank them enough. I am so very grateful!!!

I stupidly allowed my passport to expire because I didn't look at the expiration date soon enough.,and then got offered a trip that I needed a passport for. A friend told me that I could do a rushed passport and I chose this company, because the people were super friendly and super helpful. At first I thought, wow, that's expensive. However, they do a lot of running around for you, and they pretty much save your butt. It was definitely worth it. I highly recommend this company over the other companies I contacted.

If I can give 100 stars I would. I was very skeptical at first and hesitant. I didn’t realize my passport was expiring before the 6 month point after booking a trip and was very stressed out. Definitely worth every penny for this process. Came the exact day it was expected. Great customer service. Kobe is as On top of everything and made it stress free.
