original delivery was missing 2 rugs.
When the rugs arrived only 2 of the 4 ordered were delivered. I contacted customer service and in a few days I had the complete order.

Extended time delay in shipping of products
We placed an order for two different products on February 18, 2026 and our confirmation shows that both items are in stock and will ship within 24 hours. One of the items FRA-01 2'3" x 3'9" shows it has shipped, but we haven't received it yet. The other product FRA-01 2'6" x 7'6" Runner is now showing a ship date of 3/27/26. Very unhappy with the shipping time of these products.
