I searched google for the type of rugs that I was interested in and I found what I was looking for at Rugs.com I’m hoping that the quality of both rugs are good. This is my first purchase.
The shopping experience was easy & I liked the feature of being able to take a picture of the area I’m going to use the rug to see what it is going to look like.

Excellent website to choose from many rugs. I saw exactly what I wanted. I ordered it. It came quickly and in good order. The rug is very high quality and exactly what I wanted. So I ordered another one.Thanks Rugs.com
I ordered 3 rugs. Two arrived within a couple weeks, and the other was back ordered. I was charged for the back ordered rug when I placed the order. The back ordered rug did not come for 3 months and there was no email or communication announcing its shipment. They did not even update my order on their website to reflect that it was shipped. I no longer needed the rug, so I tried to return it, but since the company had no record that it shipped, this was difficult. After that hurdle I shipped the rug back and they received it Feb 16. I still do not have a refund for the rug (it’s March 4th) despite 3 calls and their website saying “up to 10 business days”. I would be very careful and watch your credit card to make sure you get refunded for your returns!

Easy way to navigate and check out
Easy to find my previous order and order another rug but a different size. Was able to pay with Amazon points as well.
The rug is great and as described. Delivery was quick.I had a hard time getting my account set up to claim my credit for prior/first time order. When accomplished it was used to get a matching runner

Beautiful rugs! Navigating website is not easy. I had the rug name and sku#. Typed them into question area and nothing came up. Had to look through 100s of rugs to find the rug I was looking for.
