Order Came Late
I paid $43 to get my order in time for an important event. I had to download an app to find out what happened. All it said is that it was delivered. No tracking number, no picture of doorstep where it was left, nothing. Turns out, the app was wrong, it was not delivered. It was delivered the next day, which was still late.

Don't depend on fast shipping
I can't actually say anything to the quality of the stamps because I haven't received the order yet, but this is for the shipping policy. I placed my order for a stamp around 4pm ET on a Tuesday and paid the highest amount I could in order to expedite the shipping as I needed the item delivered by Saturday. The estimated delivery date showed it would arrive by then. In the end, it's not set to arrive until the following Monday. I reached out and explained that I only paid for the expedited shipping to have it arrive by Saturday, but they didn't help me. I understand it may take the company X amount of time to create an item, but if their shipping guidelines state it will arrive by a certain date if I pay a high amount to ship, I expect that it will.

I would never use Rubberstamps.com…
I would never use Rubberstamps.com again! Their customer service is the worst! I needed the stamps by one specific day. When I ordered it looked like I'd get them by that date. When I realized that I wouldn't get them, I reached out to see if I could pay for 2 day shipping. They could not be bothered to help me. I spend close to $400 dollars on stamps and they wouldn't work with me to get them in time. So disappointing!

Ordered a variety of items
Ordered stamps for my shop in Dec 2024 from rubberstamps.com. It took about 1-2 weeks to ship, so plan ahead. The wooden stamp was great – well made, firm, gives a great impression, even despite the small typeface I provided. The custom clear stamps were pretty good -- made to spec, the correct dimensions and imprints well. The only downside was that they were less firm than the wood stamp, so if you press too hard, the imprint can get a bit squishy. No big deal. Also ordered acrylic stamp blocks, which were of good quality. Lastly, I ordered a custom embosser, which was great. Sharp emboss, there were no typos, the orientation was correct, and we use it quite a bit! After a few months, all of the items are in good shape with regular use.

Happy to not give them my $
No option to review this company, so just putting out there that their option to make custom stamps is only if they personally approve what you want you stamp to say. There are other, open-minded, companies that actually make what you order instead of canceling your order because they don't personally like it. Can't recommend Simplystamps.com more! They were faster, cheaper, and overall better in every way! Happy to give them my business! 😁

ordered a custom book embosser for my daughter for Christmas, there was no indication on the order of character limit, and everything on the order confirmation appeared correct, but when it arrived they had dropped the last 2 letters of her name with no indication or notice. wasted $60 and they refused to refund or exchange the item! BEWARE ordering anything from this company!

Poor company
Poor company. I would never suggest them to anyone. The handle and stamp itself were crooked. Do you know how hard it is to try to use this stamp? Insane!! I reached out. They asked for pictures. I sent them. Then they asked for me to stamp it on a piece of paper. I didn't have an ink pad, nor was I running out to grab one anytime soon, as I didn't need to use the stamp for a couple of weeks. The pictures clearly show the horrible job they did. I'll pick another place. I got cheated.

Won't let any cancellation go through.
I ordered a rubber stamp and the found mine in the drawer 10 minutes later and requested a cancelation. They replied it had already been processed and could not be canceled. My next notice saying it will take a week before I get it. Obviously, they did not make it.

Nonexistent Communication
Our company ordered a custom stamp from RubberStamps.com with explicit instructions for size scaling. This was to enable the stamp to work with and fit company forms. We also sent a similar request via their contact portal. We did not receive a response back from RubberStamps.com. When the stamp arrived it was scaled to the maximum area of the rubber portion. Needless to say they had not acknowledged our request for scaling and the graphic was much too large - therefore useless. We again reached out to RubberStamps.com requesting either a refund or a new stamp with correct scaling and once again they did not respond. Buyer beware -

forgot 2/3 my order and screwed up the 1 item that was delivered on time
Only received one of three items I ordered, email said they were all delivered but invoice with the letter said only one item was in there, took several days to respond to email before shipping the rest of the order out.Once the order got there, the custom stamp I'd ordered was such a poor quality that it was illegible with half the lines just barely scratched into it.
