TOP TIER level of customer support
I have ordered (and already received) a custom variant of the 159cm/5ft3 H-cup Silicone Sex Doll – Hailey (ROS Max Head R12) from Irontech/RealLady company One of the major part of the excellent experience with RosemaryDoll is their customer support. Namely Sue - communication, provided information, ability to communicate with factory and useful help with setting details of the order was simply top tier level of the customer support.

I have been trying to cancel an order since the end of January. The store has stop replying to my emails. I have sent atleast 8 emails for them to confirm the order which they are clearly ignoring.

Customer Service Was Everything I Hoped
I did a lot of research before deciding to order with Rosemary Doll. I could tell based on their website that they care about their customers and provide a LOT of information and resources to help people make the best decision, including how to avoid scams. After placing the order, I was in regular contact with their customer service rep Candy throughout the process, and she was incredibly helpful and responsive. When the doll was being made she kept me up to date on the status and encouraged the factory to prioritize my order. Before they shipped, they sent me photos to review and I noticed the eye color needed to be fixed, which they corrected. I also noticed the hair wasn’t quite the same as the website photos, so they provided me with a free wig to make up for it. When the doll finally arrived, I was blown away by the realism. It was better than I imagined and everything I ordered was included. However my doll was supposed to have an anal cavity but they weren’t able to add that because I ordered auto-sucking vagina. This was a disappointment but Candy was very considerate and responsive and was able to refund the auto-sucking vagina add-on as a gesture of apology. I am very happy with Rosemary Doll’s customer service and would only order with them in the future.

I made a request to get an additional…
I made a request to get an additional head with a particular hair style and they worked with the manufacturer and got me the head at a discount from the factory in short order. I haven't received it yet but the process was done very quickly and smoothly for something that was out of the ordinary. Very responsive customer service

I’m satisfying with rosemary doll’s…
I’m satisfying with rosemary doll’s order process and feedbacks at any questions. She arrived my house about a month. I inspected the doll’s outfit quality and it was good. But when I’m enjoying with her,I found that virgina and anal’s depth and shape was different when i ordered option. I ordered short 12cm and narrow holes option, but doll’s was not. It’s too deep about 18cm and wide especially anal hole.So I’m searching for the ways to enjoying with her.

It wasn’t what I was expecting with the silicone smell after washing it more the first be twice wouldn’t do it for deep cleaning & I feel like wasted money on the doll wasn’t meeting my satisfaction & it’s honestly a huge waste of my money I’m gonna throw it away.

Rosemary is reliable. My order was slightly delayed due to mandatory inventory but I don't mind. They are good about keeping you informed. Don't sleep on the in-stock items. Two that I've purchased were absolutely steals. This is great especially for budget.

The ordering and customer support were great. Communication was not a problem and the selection of dolls were excellent. The doll arrived and was packaged good. The doll is super realistic and is better than both my ex wives combined.... No need to rush into a new relationship when dating because I know the doll won't give me any STD's, empty my wallet, take me to court, get angry at me and file a restraining order to make my life difficult, take me to court, get pregnant and most of all refuse me sex! What i am waiting for now is to see if either the Japanese, Chinese, or Elon Musk will be the first to make one of these dolls so they can walk, move and keep the organic women on their toes...lol....maybe they will have a competition to stop treating men like crap? Haha...

Everything about my buying experience was insanely good the doll I ordered has turned out way better than I would of dreamed for delivery was super fast and the RosemaryDoll team made sure I got exactly what I wanted even though I was a difficult customer that kept changing my mind on what I wanted. What a fantastic buying experience.

Great company.Looking forward if need to replace doll
Great company. Got 2 of the sexiest dolls in my room now because of payment plan and works perfectly for those on a budget. Other then issue with slight damage to a doll.But was fixed afterwards.Highly recommend wheelchair or hanging stand over the simple stand if getting full body silicone doll.
