I love roomies because it connects you to people who want to rent rooms! I found a renter fast. Also, it gives you a summary of the renter so you get an idea about the potential room-mate.

Stay away from roomsies
Where do I start? Someone named Rachel Roban tried to ask me for a deposit without having viewed the room! There is very little security and the rooms that I saw where mostly dirty and managed by slumlords. Stay away from roomsies

2 solid Ws for Roomies
The website is intuitive and easy to use, the networking and recommendations are strong, the message system works great, there's plenty of active users, the whole ensemble is fantastic. This is the 2nd time I've used the website and it has worked brilliantly for me both times. If I have to relocate in the future, I'll be using Roomies again.

Great way to find a new place to live!
I've used Roomies.com for 2 different moves in the last 10 years, and both times I met quality people to rent from, and great rooms to rent in SW Florida. I happily recommend Roomies.com to friends :)
