The definition of "Above and Beyond" . This is what RK Mortgage Group is. Joelle and Me'me have been hanging there with me and my lousy builder for 16 months. They made it happen. I never expected such a good rate given my self-employed situation. Joelle and Me'me were the only positive experience in our 16 months journey building a home in Lakewood Ranch , FL. I wish them lots of clients (not like me), luck and prosperity! And I am back 2 years later with superb refinancing experience! I must admit that I "cheated" first, tried 2 other mortgage companies and it did not work out at all. Joelle forgave me and with Me'Me diligent work we closed refinancing in record breaking time - 6 days! It will never go wrong with Joelle and Me'Me. Forever grateful!

PLEASE SHOP AROUND
We have 3 lenders on the table and RK mortgage always higher than others. RK also the hardest one to deal with. They agreed on the rate then next day they don’t agree with that rate anymore and unwilling to work for borrowers. We end up using preferred lender 30 year fixed, lower interest and lower points and also receive 5k closing cost incentive. Please shop around. They are not the best
