As a lifelong accordionist
As a lifelong accordionist, I’ve had and sought out many teachers. I can honestly say that working with Dallas has been my most rewarding experience. There is no ego involved here and Dallas’ teaching style comes from a genuine place of love, sincerity, respect, knowledge and experience. He presents the material with joy, enthusiasm and excitement, always confident that you CAN do this regardless of how challenging it seems in the moment. If one approach doesn’t hit, he can easily reframe it so you’re able to grab it a different way. Your challenge is his challenge and he will guide you in a way that makes sense to you. I am very happy to continue with Dallas and hope to do so for years to come.

A patient teacher of expert accordion skills
Dallas is a patient teacher of accordion. He tailors lessons to students' needs and wants. He is knowledgeable about music and has a high degree of expertise. Dallas is always willing to share his music and his performance skills are second to none! It is my eternal hope to learn to play just like him!

Dallas is the rare and wonderful…
Dallas is the rare and wonderful combination of a burning musician and a deeply experienced and committed teacher. This guy is the real deal and he’s in it for the long haul. He teaches complete musicianship, and just happens to use an accordion while he does it.
