They inflate sqft to justify super high prices!!
They will stay in your house for 3 hours trying to pressure you into signing a contract on day 1. They inflate the square footage to make it seem like you're getting a good deal "per sqft" compared to national average. Told me that getting more bids would be a bad idea. Get more bids! Only call for estimate if you have half of a day to spare and you dont mind high pressure sales techniques. My next estimate was 15K cheaper! Don't let them pressure you into signing. Inflated my sqft to 3250 when its actually only 1850, almost twice as much. The Rise boss called me about my review and tried to say the sqft was so high because of the soffits. I have very narrow and few soffits. Pure scam and apparently the boss is in on it. I ended up getting james hardie for 12K when these guys wanted 35K for vinyl! Stay away unless you like paying 3X as much. Vinyl is cheap, feels cheap and looks cheap. Go with James Hardie or LP Smart Siding.

Had a remodel done on a small bathroom,the team from Rise Renovation, Antonio,Jose,Gregorio & Jose Torres,did a fantastic job,they were very easy to work with,answered any questions we had and followed through on completing the job on time with great results,very happy with the whole experience, would recommend them to anyone.They are true craftsmen.

From the start to finish, this company was fantastic. Quick responses, professional and respectful. On the day of the installation, the men who came immediately laid down canvases, protecting all the floors and furniture. They worked efficiently. They were wonderful and I cannot explain how excited I am about the new windows. They look great, completely changed the look of the house.

I had a great salesguy
I had a great salesguy - Phillip, but the whole experience was effortless and positive. The windows are a superb quality, I have a giant picture window that faces west, so gets too much sun in the summer, and the new window cuts so much of the heat. I was also interested in keeping my structural integrity: no water invading my wall, no bugs, and full sealing and these windows provide all of that.

New Door and Windows
From the beginning, they have been fabulous to work with. They answered all my questions, stayed in communication between signing the contract and installing the windows and door, and completed the work as promised. Their crew was respectful and courteous. They made sure they protected my floors and my furniture and they cleaned up after they finished. I would recommend this company to everyone. The cost was less than the big window guys but the work and quality were better. This is the second home I've had windows replaced and this was phenomenally better than the first experience!!

From the time the salesman came to our door and we went over all of the window options he was very informative and brought a sample window in for us to look at and kept us updated on the installation date. The installation crew came in on time and they were very efficient finishing the job within 4 hours. They made sure that my house was covered with drop cloths before they started working. So they left me with gorgeous windows and a clean house.
