I recently had the incredible experience of attending a yoga retreat in Corfu, Greece with Rina and her husband, Eric. It was truly life-changing. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the breathtaking beauty of the setting — a stunning hotel perched above the ocean, with serene views and luxurious, peaceful rooms that instantly put you in the right state of mind to unwind and recharge.The atmosphere they create is unlike anything else — welcoming, heart-centered, and filled with genuine connection. The food was absolutely amazing: fresh, local, and nourishing in every way. Every meal felt like a celebration of wellness and community.Of course, the yoga itself was beyond words. Rina and Eric’s approach goes far beyond the asanas — it’s yoga for the body, mind, and soul. She and her husband bring a perfect balance of wisdom, humor, compassion, and depth. The sessions were both grounding and expansive, blending movement, breathwork, and reflection in a way that helped me reconnect not just to my body, but to my inner peace and emotional clarity.I came away from the week feeling lighter, calmer, and more aligned — not only physically but spiritually and emotionally. This retreat is a gift to anyone who wants to deepen their practice, find stillness, and rediscover joy in life’s simplest moments.I can’t recommend this retreat enough — it’s an experience that stays with you long after you leave Corfu. 🌅🧘♀️💫
This year I had an amazing opportunity to go on a yoga retreat in Corfu, Greece. The retreat was more than I could have ever hoped for. Rina truly attracts the most wonderful people. When you show up at a retreat not knowing anyone other than the person you came with, you just hope for the best! But the quality of people there blew me away- so many gems and a few people I expect will be lifelong friends after our time together. I was initially surprised by how many participants were back for their second, third, or even fourth retreat with Rina. By the end, I completely understood why.It was the perfect blend of yoga, adventure, incredible food, and thoughtful yoga philosophy, with plenty of downtime to soak it all in. It’s the first time in a long while that I’ve come home from a trip feeling both inspired and refreshed.I do have to say, Rina’s profile picture is a little misleading. That sweet, serene face you see? Don’t be fooled. Rina is also fun, playful, and a bit mischievous, in the best way possible. I love her style of teaching. She has a great ability to read the room and deliver exactly what everyone needs. I often get nervous with new yoga teachers, but Rina’s classes are never intimidating. Her laid-back approach, combined with just the right amount of challenge, helps you naturally level up your practice.I only wish I lived closer so I could take more of her classes. I absolutely love my Rina.
Rina is an exceptional leader and teacher. Under her training, our studio has been catapulted forward into a deeper level of practice. I look forward to seeing just how far we can go!
Rina's Yoga Teacher's Success Journey program is something very unique that I have not seen offered by other expert teachers. The program is rigorous yet supportive and helps give teachers, both seasoned and green, insight into how to build their businesses and their intellects!
The program not only taught me the specifics on becoming successful launching my brand, but really affected me on a personal level. I learned how to really observe and take notice of my behaviors and actions. It has improved my quality of life. Rina is a knowledgable compastionate teacher who knows what she;s talking about and has such a great sense of humor. I just started in this space. I can only imagine what it will be like for someone who has been in the yoga field 5 10 20 years. The knowledge you get from this course is priceless
It sounds trite to say this program was life changing but it was LIFE CHANGING for me! It gave me real focus on what is important to me in every area of my life both personal and business. Rina has developed a program that takes you to places you need to go so you can get to the places you want to go. It is a wild ride I HIGHLY recommend to any yoga teacher who wants to serve the world and make the income you need to make that dream a reality. Rina and Eric and Julie made this experience great. It is challenging to put into words how beneficial a retreat is with them its like many times better than an ordinary vacation when you can work on yourself while being supported. There is a lot of time to restore daily in a resort, spa, and beach property. We also go on some excursions and local delights. 🙏👌🥰
My mentorship with Rina was nothing short of transformational and life-changing - I genuinely believe I am at least a year ahead of where I would've been with my business if I hadn't done this program with her, but the wisdom and knowledge I gained from her will stretch on for eons. I found Rina through Instagram and was immediately impressed by her professionalism and efficiency of communication. Our first call together left me feeling heard and inspired. Throughout my time in the program, she was very attentive to my specific needs as an individual. I have been teaching for over 21 years and have owned a yoga studio since 2004, yet I still suffered from fear and feeling not good enough. Rina has helped me to work through my fears, feel empowered, take action, become a better communicator, a better boss and I am not even done with the program! She is available when you need her. I found Rina’s Yoga Teacher Training by sheer luck and divine intervention. After searching online for ‘Yoga Teacher Training near me’, Rina’s YTT was third on the results list. I was immediately drawn to the description that included the words ‘non-judgmental environment’. I decided to apply without meeting Rina or even attending one of her classes. I was naïve in my thinking that all YTT’s were pretty much the same. I was also under the impression that I was attending teacher training to just practice a lot of poses and learn the correct name for each. Boy, was I wrong. What followed were the most transformative months of my existence. The training was intensive and immersive. Yes, we practiced a lot of asanas; but that was only a small part of the lessons. The focus was on digging deep in ourselves and uncovering our true nature in order to teach others how to do the same. It was exhaustive and rewarding work. Today, almost ten years after graduating from Rina’s program, I continue to teach regularly and still use the tools she taught me. My students often comment on my unique style of teaching and it is a direct compliment to Rina and the lessons I learned through her training. It turns out not all YTT’s are the same and, lucky for me, Rina’s is one of the best available.
I wanted to learn how to teach yoga in Spanish & found Rina. I traveled to a weekend training in Miami & felt equally welcome & challenged. Several years ago, I was fortunate to travel to India with her & study at Swami Parthasarathy’s ashram—one of the most difficult, but rewarding experiences of my life. I found Rina through a FB ad! I have never gone this route before, but something about it rang out to me as truth as I was at what felt like a breaking point in my life. I joined Rina’s 8 week YTSJ online program and it was just what I needed to get me over the hump of feeling unmotivated and unsure of what steps to take as my yoga career was shifting. The program was a great mix of practical steps to take as well as integrating those steps with yoga philosophy. Wether you are new to yoga or have been yoga-ing for years, the program and Rina will meet you exactly where you are with such love and support. Rina offers you her heart and her time and her wisdom so graciously and genuinely wants you to “succeed,” by your own standards of course. And she will help you be clear about those as well! I had been attending Rina’s classes since she opened her first studio in Miami. She has since moved to L.A. but I still reach out to her often for guidance. What impresses me about Rina as a teacher is her ability to be both compassionate and supportive while at the same time push you to grow. She is most certainly no-nonsense and will in the sweetest way possible call you out. As someone who genuinely seeks to better myself and act solely with my intellect, I greatly appreciate that approach since you cannot change what you don’t acknowledge. I highly recommend her as both a yoga teacher and a life coach.
