I worked with Ana in customer service, as I attempted to work out some account issues to get a rental up and running. Ana was quick, helpful, kind, and well spoken. It’s rare to find such stellar help when calling in anywhere for assistance. 10/10 would recommend.Also, renting my bikes and renting from others always goes perfectly.

A great overall experience
Great hire rates, great choices of insurance and liability, a great long term discount scheme for regular riders, and a check in and out process that protects the owner and the hirer. Really impressed. There’s even a method for the owner to request payment for charges such as tolls incurred. I think you could potentially offer a “Rider Pass Plus” scheme that includes service fees at one flat rate (for super regular users) and I also think developing a GOOD (make sure it’s good!) app would also be worthwhile. But my experience has been very positive and I’ll definitely be back soon.

I traveled to Austin TX and rented a ninja 650. Everything was very smooth, from registering, to reserving, and the meet-up instructions were very easy to check in and check out. I would highly recommend to anyone wishing to rent a bike!

First time renting a motorcycle ever…
First time renting a motorcycle ever and used ride share. Was skeptical at first but the whole process went smoothly. From their easy to use interface and the owner being very responsive, respectful, and friendly. Also customer support even reached out personally to verify if my first rental went smoothly before I even obtained the rental, which shows they really care! I highly recommend this website if you’re ever looking for a rental on vacation or just in general! They are legit!

Straightforward and Fun Experience
Riders Share made the rental easy to set up, made it easy to communicate, and made it easy to access reservation details. The guy I rented from was great too. Bike was is good condition and having a local renter meant he could give me tips on where to ride. I'd definitely use it again.

I've used Riders Share on both sides
I've used Riders Share on both sides, renting out several of my motorcycles and renting other people's motorcycles since 2020. It is by far the best motorcycle rental platform there is available. After 50+ rentals I have never had an issue with a renter abusing my bike or rented a bike that made me feel uncomfortable. Even when a bike came back damaged, the RS people were quick and accurate with the damage estimate and covered hidden damage that was found later. Can't say the same about Twisted Road or Eagle Rider...

Best motorcycle rentals!
I have been an owner and renter on this site for many years and this is by far the best motorcycle rentals place! The processes are well thought out and easy to work with, staff is responsive and helpful. Issues are dealt with swiftly and fairly.

Awesome Motorcycle Rentals for Good Price
Riders Share is an awesome company for motorcycle rentals. I had a great experience on a motorcycle tour with them in Phoenix. They had a good variety of bikes at different prices, and my friends and I had a fun experience renting for the week.

No safety measures in place, crazy and hostile business
First time I rented a bike and halfway through the ride I noticed extremely loose handlebars, spongy shocks, and brake issues. Pulled the bike over for more thorough inspection and found a lot of serious safety issues. Contacted Riders Share after returning the bike and they sided with the owner for liability reasons and then retaliated against me for raising the issues by leaking my credit report infor in n email thread with numerous people including the bike owner, and accused me of not being trustworthy based on a credit card payment reported as late. I complained the the government and BBB so the company retaliated again by charging me all kinds of erroneous fees that I had to dispute with my bank to recover. The CEO himself even interjected and was in fact the one who leaked my credit report information. Then he personally deleted my account so I could not have any record of anything.

Surprised to have a great experience
Honestly I had a great experience with a rental in LA. I only came on here because I almost didn't go with them because of these reviews. Salty people. Got me a Harley road glide. The owner, Luis, was easy to deal with.
