Rider representatives are helpful!
Rider representatives are helpful and get back to me to answer questions promptly and in detail. They have good customer service and they hire workers that seem to care. I recommend Plymouth Rock Rider Insurance!

I recommend Rider Insurance
I had a great experience with Rider Insurance. I was offered it through my purchase of a motorcycle at Cycle Warehouse in Butler, PA. Jenifer the sales coordinator at Cycle Warehouse suggested I use Rider Insurance, so we gave it a try. I was approved instantly andall the necessary paperwork was completed in minutes, so there was no delay in registering my bike. I would highly recommend Rider Insurance...excellent premium price and coverage too!

Rider MC insurance is not for the…
Rider MC insurance is not for the insured any longer. I had a shop next to mine used compound on cars outside with a high speed buffer in the morning on a 97 degree day I did not see the spray all over my Ultra Limited until 4 in the afternoon. Contacted Rider they said a simple wet sand and buff out would take care of it. $100.00 is what they offered. I have hundreds of pin hole pits through my clear coat and they want to went sand my clear coat off and just polish. I've been with rider for years and this is not what I'd expect from a insurance company. I did win my case in court.

NJ Gov. Murphy: "All" NJ Insurance Co's will give rebates to everyone.ry
Rider said they weren't giving pandemic rebates to customers, well now they will have to.NJ Governor Murphy is making ALL NJ insurance companies give (still an undetermined amount) their customers a rebate on their insurance bill.

Good but could be better
Only issue i have is in using the customer portal. While renewing my policy, it should update to show that my policy is paid through the next 12 months, it didn't. It also should give a confirmation number before you log out, it didn't. I did subsequently get the confirmation in an email but not while renewing through the portal.

It is absolutely no good!
I have been with them for a couple months now. I have collision coverage and cannot reach out to them about an accident. I tried making a claim online several times which gave me an error 404. Then I emailed them to which I got no reply. Then I called them and waited 30 minutes to talk to someone and could not. If I cannot fix my motorcycle in the next 6 days I will have so many problems with transportation. Their customer service is horrible. The website is also really bad. I cannot seem to figure out why I was recommended rider insurance when there were so many other options out there. When it comes to payments they are sucking in my money no problem. But when I need to make a claim they are making it almost impossible. Shame on you

Obsolete renewal process and every attempt is impossible on their website. Always wasting time calling and on hold on phone to renew policy. Used collision coverage once in 13 years and it was a hassle all around.

Rider is my go-to place for MC Insurance.
I have been with Rider Insurance since 2013 and, while I haven't had to file a claim, I always comparison shop and call Rider to review my policy... And I have renewed for six years now. Great people to work with, never had trouble contacting them, and always feel welcomed when I call.

BEST COMPANY TO CALL IF YOU WANT A NICE RATE! I called nearly every well known company who provides motorcycle insurance yesterday. I'm being serious here. I sat on the phone for about 6 hours trying to find a fair rate, with no luck. I live in Detroit MI, so the premiums are EXTREMELY high! Especially when trying to insure a sports bike. The quotes I received were RIDICULOUS! Some were actually more than the bike itself! After hours of frustration, I found RIDER using Google. When I called, honestly, I was expecting more of the same, but it was everything except that. I spoke with a representative named Jennifer. She was so pleasant. She made me feel like my issue was her issue as well, and she was going to do everything she could to help me get a fair rate. By the time our call ended, I had a rate better than I thought I'd get, a low downpayment and a new motorcycle insurance company.Thank you Jennifer for being my angel.Thank you Rider for your great rates and 5 star customer service.
