I love shopping with Susanne with Ride or Die Equestrian Shop. She offers such wonderful items for me, my horse, and even my non-horsey family and friends. Don't order something that is not in stock on a deadline. The "will arrive with plenty of time to arrive before Christmas" didn't happen. Finally arrived two weeks after Christmas.

Thanks, you came through with my delivery about a week after Christmas. My only issue is your “guarantee” of delivery by Christmas was quickly dismissed due to delays in customs. I could go on and on about my industry where late shipments can idle thousands of assembly plant workers, hence measures are taken to assure they don’t happen. You might think Christmas is not that important, but in fact it is quite important to many people. Make a guarantee, plan for problems, deliver on your guarantee.
