Cameras work but doesn’t record what good is it to upgrade to 2t and not able to record looking for a different system I think I will go with Lorex in the spring I have a Lorex in the office and works great! At least it’s a lesson u get what u pay for..
Our previous Revo system last 13 years before it had issue with hard drive and video start to get grainy and distortion. So we decided to purchase a new Revo 16CH 8K PoE NVR with 16×5MP Lumex Cameras from them again. So far, we are very happy with the quality and the easy set up process compared to previous Revo system we had before. We hope this system can once again last another 13 years with this new system

I manage 4 different REVO Ultra systems with a total of 48 cameras online. A 16 camera Church system was taken down (inside cameras only) due to the renovation in July. Renovation Contractors cut off connectors, painted over connectors, reran some cables within the walls, cut wiring and broke wiring. After replacing connectors, running a complete new cable run, splicing one cable and remounting the cameras only 8 of the direct connected cameras came back up. 8 cameras on a POE switch did not. All the cables were tested multiple times but no luck getting the 8 cameras back online. I called REVO and spoke with Luis over three different days and he got ALL the cameras working again by remote access. He answered my many questions and even upgraded the firmware on the NVR. To say I appreciate his time and talents is an understatement. Thanks again Luis.
Luis had a 'can do' attitude and helped me with several issues. He was kind and professional and follow-up the next day.
What’s the point of listing business hours if no one answers the phone? I sat on hold for over an hour in the middle of the day. If your cameras go offline, don’t expect Revo to pick up. I didn’t buy an expensive system just to waste my time listening to hold music. Total joke
I have been installing Revo Video Surveillance Systems for many years. The products are quality built and simple to install. In addition to great video, my customers like the free lifetime support and the two year warranty.

After switching to a new internet provider, I had a problem of not being able to receive live views from my cameras. I have always loved my REVO Cameras and depend on them very much. I called customer service desperate for help in resolving this issue and was very lucky to have received the wonderful help of Luis with my problem. He was so kind and patient on the phone and walked me step by step through what to look for in my camera’s system and network settings. He gave me very helpful and important information and instructions on what to ask for should I need to contact my service provider, and also what lights on my device to look that show when all is functioning correctly. The time he spent getting my cameras back to full viewing with my mobile app, his patience, his kindness, his knowledge and most helpful information were a godsend to me! Thank you so much Luis, you are awesome! My wonderful REVO cameras are giving me great peace of mind again thanks to your help!
I bought a REVO 4 Camera system years ago..... Many years ago and it finally went down... AMAZING Considering it's outside in Texas Heat and Freezing winters! I bought a new controller but couldn't physically setup the old cameras with the new controller. NOT THE PRODUCT'S fault! I'm 75 and thing ( Me) doesn't function like I used to. Manuel in Customer service was incredible as he anticipated my every request and had a RMA Issued and sent a prepaid call tag as we spoke! Took my order for a new system and I got it the next day . . . . Really is this 2025? ...... I unpacked, setup and celebrated as my friend (77) and I completely had everything up and running in a couple hours..... When I checked on my return with Monica . . . she had an email confirming my CC Credit by email as we talked. Don't think twice about doing business with REVO!!! In a world that speaks every other language but English and can't even spell customer service, REVO is writing a new chapter in customer care......What a Pleasure!THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've had this Millennium !!!! Even the Music on hold was pleasant !!
