The doctor I saw was amazing and I…

The doctor I saw was amazing and I thought he had great advice and a great plan of care. The coach leaves alot to be desired no support at all I have contacted customer support for a new coach and I keep getting a response asking for my date of birth and email for 3 days now. I paid to much for this for that kind of service. I am not longer interested in it at all and I am sure I won't get any kind of refund. I'm sad about this I have a great deal of respect for Shawn Baker.

Excellent personalized coaching and program

The medical provider and health coach were always encouraging and helpful in guiding my progress on the carnivore diet. I never had to wait for answers and they were always ready to explain any changes they were suggesting or why I shouldn’t make changes yet. I was able to eat well and not struggle with hunger or cravings.

Best decision I have made for myself.

The communication is great with the coach and doctor. The app is full of great information. The journey is bringing to light how I've seen myself and how to move in the right direction. This program is AMAZING and so worth the time and effort.

This company provides each individual…

This company provides each individual with a doctor and nutritionist team to help you solve or greatly diminish chronic conditions. The chat feature is especially helpful since my provider responds to my inquiries typically within 2 hours. The app has tabs where you can look back on your history of biometric submissions and chat sessions. the app gives you examples of what foods are within your current approved list. The app does have issues with logging in or completing tasks on my Ipad. Error messages will often appear or radio buttons simply won't operate. I have been able to submit help tickets with IT to get these resolved.Access to medical professionals who promptly respond to questions and answer those questions to my satisfaction is the companie's greatest strength.

Revero will make you healthier

The team at Revero helped me get my health on a positive track with the proper diet and assisted me with making needed changes. My weight is down approximately 30 pounds and I'm very happy with the results. My blood labs are also improving and their expert advice and encouragement really makes me appreciate their knowledge. My nutritionist, Christa, is the best!

Disappointing

Here's why: The initial call from Bex began with a 10-minute, quickly-read sales spiel followed by telling me she was going to email me the sign-up packet, wrongfully assuming I was going to sign up right away without an opportunity to ask questions.Like another reviewer mentioned, their website and offerings are a bit vague, so I asked her about the doctors and coaches. She became dismissive and provided me with no additional clarity. I grew up in my state, where she said there are over "30 (Revero) doctors," and I just wanted to check their credentials and background to get a better understanding of who would be reviewing my labs (I explained that I was not intending to contact the doctors directly, but I was genuinely curious who would be directing my coach). I also asked about the coaches, as the coach-client relationship seems like a long-term and important part of the program. I wanted to get an idea of who they were, since for all I knew, they could be plant-based, which wouldn’t be a good fit for me, but she refused to provide any information about who my coach might be. I asked her if I would ever be talking to the doctor, or only the coach or nurses, and again, she would not tell me.I was very polite the entire time, but the more I inquired, the more unfriendly she became, seemingly offended that a potential client was actually asking questions(?) (I can't be the only one to ask about the providers, can I?) I am still confused by her lack of transparency and low-effort in making a potential client feel comfortable with the program. I keep asking myself what they're hiding.I was an early investor in Revero, so I really wanted to join for some time-- probably more than someone unfamiliar with the company. I'm hoping Revero will make some changes around these issues in the future in order to attract clients like me who genuinely believe in the program, but with the significant investment in time, commitment, and money, want to make an informed decision and feel good about joining.

Who is Revero really for?

I was really looking forward to be in a program that focuses on what you eat instead of pills to get healthy. As a type 2 diabetic I thought I would be a candidate. During my provider onboarding zoom call, the provider flat out said that my labs were scary and that I had to go to the ER. I have been dealing with many doctors with foot pain and diabetes and all they want to do is send me to the ER. What kind of a provider is this? So who is Revero really for? People who are not so sick and not so healthy. So if you are in my situation, I would just stick to eating ketovore/carnivore till your labs are not so scary and then maybe be accepted into Revero. I admire Dr. Baker but that provider didn't want to help me and rejected my application.

Everything about this online clinic and people behind it is fake

I came a cross this site and started reading its contents and got suspicious at the part where they suggest animals fats as primary diet for autoimmune conditions (an the fake doctor pictures in index page). Then I found out that main person behind this is Dr. SHAWN BAKER MD, who isn't really a doctor because he lost his license in 2017 and is no professional nutrition specialist. He is know for being a Carnivore diet fanatic and spokesmen in social media, like twitter, YouTube, etc., and a anti-vegan activist. He is popular for cherry picking studies (not much of them overall) and being inconsistent towards science, for example calling epidemiology garbage and then using it in own "studies". Overall doing and saying everything that is good for his carnivore influencer business with very little to no honesty and objectivity. What a waste of my time. This feels like a Pro scam I just avoided and want to spare it for others.
