AMAZING!!!!!
Making a 6 figure salary in the Caribbean market isn’t an easy feat because it’s so competitive and saturated. I’ve known Melanie for a number of years and for whatever reason, using her services was not top-of-mind. I thought she would be better suited to an international market and it just wouldn’t make sense to get her advice. However things changed drastically when I found myself unemployed and desperately in need of a job. This time though, I really wanted to land my dream job at my dream company, where my abilities and expertise could be fully utilized and I wouldn’t feel useless in a few weeks or months. Melanie made my resume sound like someone I didn’t even know. I realized I was selling myself short on so many occasions. The proof though is in the pudding. I landed the one job I was praying for – doubled my salary and benefits and made it into the 6 figure range. One word truly describes what she did for me – AMAZING!!!

Do not waste your money
Do not waste your money. My husband was laid off after 12 years with a company making 40,000 (w/o bonus), we paid 1000 and now he is making 14.00/hr at Disney.The email list is a waste. Sure he got interviews but he was getting interviews with the resume that cost us 0. Has he gotten a single offer besides Disney? No. So if you want to go from being a Location Manager of an International Airport to being security at DisneyWorld, give Melanie 1000 dollars.

Are you one of those individuals who think writing and resume is easy? Just download a template off MS Word and change it? That person was me. Although, I found myself struggling with what information I should include/exclude, formatting, content, etc. In the end, I just submitted a very basic resume. However, after some disappointments in the job application process I turned to the professionals. After consulting with Melanie L. Denny I knew she was the one to help me “liven up” my resume. I have many positive things to say about Melanie, but I will limit to 3:1) She is professional and authentic. She will be honest with you. This honesty allows you to see where your downfalls are, but she also provides insight to where you left opportunities on the table.2) She’s consistent. Best Investment I've made in self development!
In my professional career, I have heard the many "must do's" in reference to job hunting and growth in your career. Being well dressed, having a good night's sleep, as well as speaking well in your interview were all key points that I took pride in. However what I did not realize how your important the look and feel of your resume was and how it can tell the story of your professional accomplishments, expertise, and experience as it can apply to a particular company.Knowing Melanie both personally and professionally, I can say that her services and advice have helped me TREMENDOUSLY in my career, and in the 4 years I have retained her services have raised my salary over 50k in that span! Career Life Crisis
I was in the middle of a career life crisis and wanted to completely change industries. I had no idea how to showcase my skills on paper to look attractive to the industry I wanted to enter.
