Got the Customizer as a Christmas gift…
Got the Customizer as a Christmas gift and loved it! Unfortunately, about a month later, it stopped working. Contacted the company and the customer service was absolutely excellent! Sent me a new one with no problems! A great tool if your looking for a new hobby and a great company with phenomenal customer service.

I bought my husband an engraver for xmas and he received another from my daughter. I tried to return the one I bought. Never even opened the box. First they would give me 20% and I could keep it. I said no. Then they offered me 30% I still said no wanted my money back since I already had one. I sent it back. Took a picture as they requested. Asked if I should open the box so they could see. They said no. Just a picture of the box would do. Sent it back and waited over a month. So I sent an email. They said they were waiting on a picture from the warehouse. When they finally got back to me they said it was used and I could send them 6.95 and they would send it back. I said no. Then they offered me 2.54 restocking fee. This product was never opened or used. They lie and will not send my money back. Do not but from them. Their customer service SUCKS.

I received my Resparked engraving pen and it worked for one use and stopped. I contacted Resparked and they walked me through a test and when it still did not work, they replied with sending a brand new pen. Wonderful customer service.

My previous review as written below was removed by this company as they don’t want you to know the truth about their product.All previous reviews about it being a scam are true- it's a cheap import repackaged into a box with their own branding, you can even tell by their responses to the negative reviews that they are being insincere.I'm truly concerned about people who buy this full price and leave a positive review, I guess it shows people are happy to be scammed and why these scammers thrive.

First the product is fantastic
First the product is fantastic. The engraving pen is so nice to use, not too heavy to hold and does not vibrate excessively. Unfortunately my pen had an issue, but their customer service was fantastic & I am extremely happy with outcome. Very quick at responding to my emails. So even though it was disappointing that my pen failed, but sometimes these things happen and when the matter is dealt with as quickly and efficiently as this I still have to give a five star review

I received my Respark engraving tool as a Christmas gift. One and a half projects and the pen stopped working. I sent an email, received a response in less than five minutes and was asked for a video. Another five minutes after the video was sent, a replacement was on the way with a little bonus. The kind of customer service that’s hard to find and so appreciated.

Wonderful customer service
I reached out to Resparked concerning a charging problem with the engraver. They immediately got back to me and sent me a replacement, in fact the upgraded version. The engraver itself works pretty amazing so I am thankful for the replacement!

First, I loved the possibilities of the product, the Customizer Engraving Pen. I had fun getting started with it, but then it quit working. I called customer service and expected little. I was very surprised to get a response within about 15 minutes and then the agent asked for specific information like order number and a video of what was wrong. Again, I expected to wait days. I got another response the same day and the good news that I would be receiving a new product, even an upgrade. I am excited to get the new tool and see what it will help me do.

Great Customer Service! I ordered 3 of the engravers as Christmas gifts. One of the products didn't turn on and wouldn't charge. I emailed Resparked support email and got a response almost instantly. They asked for a quick video of the issue to help troubleshoot if possible. Turns out it had to be replaced completely and they processed the replacement order and threw in an additional engraver attachment kit in good faith. The product should be arriving today. I was super impressed by the quick turn around of the product. They resolved my issue quickly AND were incredibly friendly and professional along the way. Would buy from Resparked again!
