So what made my experience great was the fact that the communication was really on point and spot on and the company is doing well with following the imprint to a T and making devices that actually help boost confidence back to a positive outlook for their customers
I am absolutely STUNNED with my results! Just to be clear, I’m not a paid person just a very happy customer from Arkansas. After losing a front tooth in a car accident when I was 16, I went nearly a decade without feeling comfortable enough to smile. I’m now 25 with children of my own, and I finally found ResetSmile. The fit is perfect and it looks so natural! I can’t thank the team enough for giving me the confidence to take my kids out without hiding my smile. This is truly life-changing! If you’re unsure, take it from me I was unsure of the outcome and it came out perfect
Horrible customer service! Chat bot is fake - no one joins the conversation and many emails sent without a reply. My order has been the same status for DAYS today is 2/26/2026 and I ordered on 1/9/2026.
I Sent away for the at home impression kit, received it 2 weeks later and successfully made the impressions. I sent them back and was notified over a week later that they were received. Over a week after that, I received an email telling me that the impression were finally ready to move to production but, the chipped front tooth that was the reason for this whole thing in the first place, cannot be addressed by them unless fully extracted. When looking at the FAQs on their website it says that broken teeth can be fixed with the reset method but that every case is different. The person that I talked to told me it wasn't possibleat all. So to sum up, it took a full month from the time I ordered reset until I got the email saying they were ready to make them and, they wasted my time by not being clear on their website that they cannot address broken teeth.
Fit well have to get used too
I just received my tooth and it’s so perfect! It’s exactly like the original one and the color is perfect too! So happy!
I have sent three emails trying to get help with my device that isn’t fitting comfortably, I get emails back saying someone from customer service will reach out to me.

It’s hard to get in touch with customer service…when I received my device and 1) it feels super uncomfortable, 2) it’s covering my other teeth that’s there, 3) it took close to 4 weeks before i received my dev4) it didn’t even fit the the mold that they sent me with the device…5)It was hard to get in contact with anyone to get it fixed and with how horrible it is to actually get someone on the phone now I want a refund. It’s best if you go to a dentist, I spent close to $800 for trash!When I finally got ahold of them it was around 2 pm, and was told to send it back for a refitting or refund. I decided to return the device and when you return it you have to pay your own shipping fees. I was trying to go the cheaper route but it didn’t work for me.
I tried twice to get one flipper tooth from them and both times they gave a different reason why the couldn’t do it. My husband tried to get a partial and they denied him too. I think this is just a big scam. Absolute crap. My dentist can do a tooth but these so called “professionals “ can’t?!
Very pleased with the device. The color was perfect. It will take sometime to get used to it but overall good.
Extremely uncomfortable and painful
I was unsure about the company but the price was very reasonable so I gave it a try.When I received the materials for the impression for making my partial.The company was very helpful having me do another impression.Well a couple of weeks later I received my partial and it fits great.THANK YOU RESETSMILE!!!!!
They are having me take impressions for a 3rd time because they claim “my impressions aren’t deep enough” & other basic, auto generated excuses for the 3rd time. And it’s going on the 3rd month that I’ve been waiting.. It’s literally taking all winter..Currently waiting on my 3rd impression kit with very little confidence that I’ll get my devices or $1000 back any time soon or at all.. I have an order number, but I’m afraid to share it for fear of retaliation by definitely not getting my devices or a refund at all..
Anticipate a bit of patience through your excitement of receiving your new device because I had to order a remake of one I purchased two years ago and—it was worth the wait. I love this company. They are trying so hard to meet customer needs and it was very obvious.
I love how I was treated over the phone. The wait was longer than I anticipated. The fit is great! The front tooth shape isn't perfect, but it will do.I need to have them remade to fix the front tooth better.
I started with reset smile about a year ago. I got my first tooth and it was pretty good. I did email and note that it wasn't against my gum on the front side. They offered to remake the device asking me to send pictures. I dropped the ball because even though it wasn't a perfect fit it worked an hid my missing tooth. Skip ahead almost 9 months or so and my tooth broke. I got in touch and even though the warranty had expired, since I did let them know about the fit, they offered to remake the device sending me another kit. I got my second tooth and the fit around my gums was great but it was a bit too long. They gladly remade me a third tooth and it fits great!! The reset smile team is great they work with you to get the best results.
I have had a problem with one of my implants and I can’t get a response from customer service. I’ve been calling and leaving messages for over 2 weeks.
It was easy to answer questions.
