DO NOT rent in America Rent a Car!!!Really bad experience. I rented a car with the “surprise rental company” that does not tell you who you are renting from. When we arrived in Miami not only the place is shady with no air conditioning, but also understaffed. Made us wait for a very long time. While waiting a man came in the office yelling that his $2,500 deposit had not yet been refunded and that their phone numbers did not work and nobody answered. I didn’t want to risk that amount of money. People around me were not taking the cars and saying the place was a scam, charging ridiculous fees. I did not feel comfortable with that and left to go to sixt were the deposit was only $200.NEVER rent from that company, NEVER rent when you are not told which company you will get your car from.Rentigcarz did not help me get my money back. Rentingcarz should not have that rental car in their website.

I previously sent a claim by email requesting a refund for a valid reason, but your customer service has not resolved the issue. I only received a template reply, so I followed up to request an actual solution. However, I have not received any further response. I also sent another email with a more detailed explanation of the problem last week, but still received no reply. Could you please let me know when I can expect a proper response to my claim?

Keep away from this fraudulent company. You pay them but they don’t pay the rental company, and the rental company then charges you again.It has been a long battle to get a refund and they are just not interested in helping at all.I rented a car with Avis through RentingCarz, and paid online. I received an email confirmation and the pre paid voucher.On my arrival at Avis counter, I showed them the reservation and pre paid voucher, and they only placed a holing charge on my credit card (as they are supposed to, for the deposit), which should be released once I return the car in good condition.All went well, they released the hold but charged the rental fee (already paid to RentingCarz).I contacted Avis and they told me that RentingCarz did not pay them, so they charged me. I contacted RentingCarz and they told Avis should use their pre paid voucher, and asked me to contact Avis. After more than a month, many emails and international phone calls, and being played by both companies, RentingCarz decided to partially refund me. I am trying to raise a formal complaint with the company but they just ignore my emails. Be aware of this scammer company. DESPITE THEIR COMMENT BELLOW, they only gave me a partial refund, I am still trying to get it money back... how frustrating!
