Really bad experience!
had to pay for full insurance of the car on collection, even though we had bought full insurance from home! there were no seat cushions for the children, even though we wrote that we needed 2. then had to pay double insurance, and had to drive out and buy 2 seat cushions for the kids themselves before we could set off. really bad experience. cannot be recommended from here. never use Car net or rentelscar again

Never use this company!!!This is me complain and there answer!Our airplane were delayed and I called Rentalcar many times, but no answer! so I called Noleggiar instead, they said ok, no problem.When I got to Rom airport, Noleggiare were very difficult to find, I called them 3 times for direktions, but ended up taking a taxi.When we finally got there, the car was gone! But for an additional 342 euro ,they had another car for me.This is black mail!!! is was late in the evening, we had to drive for 3 houers and it were impossible, to get a car from another company. Again I called Rentalcar but no answer.I made a formal complain to Rentalcar 8/8, but haven’t heard anything, except that they have recived me complain.I have called Rentalcar several times, but they never answer. What do I have to do, for you to handel me complain?I expect to get a refund since I didn’t get the car I prepaid and had to pay 342 euro extra for another car.Today 20/9 I received an answer form Rentelcar:Thank you for contacting Rentalcars.com, my name is ..... and I am happy to help you today.I am so sorry for that, and due to our tems and conditions you weren't on time so we can't give you any refund.Gladly you make a complaint in our department, our research team will lead you with an answer very soon.I hope this information helps and rest assured that we will be happy to answer any other questionsyou may have. Not worth 1 star; Attention rip off! First of all, waiting for the car for 2 hours - in spite of the punctual appearance, the landlord overbooks massively in the high season, i.e. accepts more bookings than cars. Get another category. Rude staff at the airport against Heraklion. Due to a scratch that we did not add, we were charged again EUR500 directly at the AP, although it was not ours. Police call useless, does not come. Thus, the supposedly cheap rental car turned up> 500%; The landlord got his money from 120 EUR620, congratulations for 7 days. NEVER AGAIN
