When you pay full total the day the technician came down I think id would of worked things out with the client. I told him after the repair was completed id change my review but he said no service unt
He told me to give him a 5 star rating before he would finish the job. He was texting me thru Renoo then he started to text me on Thumbtack so yes I might have missed a few texts. I paid him in cash the day his technician came down.

A total run around getting my dishwasher repaired!
Claim made for a dishwasher repair July 7, 2025. A total run around between the assigned repair company and CHW. No coordination of communication at all. One side tells me the other is responsible for ordering parts, and the other side tells me the same thing resulting in a month of a dishwasher in disrepair!! Really? Still not fixed as of July 31, 2025 and not given a date when it will be. I am bound to a 3 year contract with CHW and expect to be serviced with better results. Next time, I’m going with a better home warranty company that provides better, timely service.

I RATE YOU GUYS VERY
I RATE THESE GUYS VERY, VERY POORLY!!! FIRST OF ALL, THEY TOOK FOREVER GETTING TO MY HOUSE! THEN THEY BASICALLY TOOK MY MONEY AND RAN!MY WARRANTY COMPANY TRIED CALLING THEM, AND THEY GOT NO ANSWER!! THEY NEVER CONTACTED SELECT HOME WARRANTY ABOUT WHAT IS WRONG WITH MY FRIDGE. I HAVE BEEN WITHOUT MY FRIDGE FOR OVER A WEEK NOW! I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THOSE GUYS EVER AGAIN!!! THE WARRANTY COMPANY HAS TO SEND ME A NEW REPAIR COMPANY NEXT WEEK.
