It is pointless buying through Relapse…
It is pointless buying through Relapse until the company sorts out it's postage problem. Only purchase through Relapse if you don't actually want or need the vinyl to arrive.

There was an issue with my original order, (caused by the delivery agent) and the customer service team sent me a replacement with no fuss at all. 100% recommend.

Never received product
Oder Vinyl to EU. Package never arrived and apparently got sent back. Customer support offered zero help. Least you could do is to reimburse your customer if you don't send the package correctly.

Won't Take My Card
I went to order a rare band t shirt that Spencer's and Hot Topic don't have and it keeps declining my debit card. I entered my information exactly correct, it has not expired yet, double checked it twice and it still won't accept my debit card when I place my order

Absolutely f***ing useless!
Placed a preorder, 2 months later, the record comes out, 3 weeks go by and I still haven't received my order. Made contact with customer service, told me they'd check warehouse - no apology, no response after this. It's been a week now since contacting them initially and I've made several emails asking if any progress has been made, no response whatsoever. Opening a case with PayPal as I've basically had £50 stolen from me, absolutely worthless customer service from what I thought was a decent company. Won't be shopping there again!

Quick response and honest work
I accidentally ordered 4 orders while only wanting one. I wrote an email and within their normal workdays they responded and almost fixed the problem. They missed the last one I wanted back and I got it around 12 days later after the first 2. In sum, they made a mistake and eventually fixed it.
