I want to express my deepest gratitude to RecoverWell for the incredible support they provided to me and my family during a very difficult time. My son has faced significant mental health challenges, and finding the right care and placement for his needs often felt overwhelming. RecoverWell stepped in and guided us every step of the way. Our social worker/advocate was compassionate, encouraging, and absolutely tireless, in helping us navigate the many ups and downs of this journey. Their dedication and persistence insured that my son was placed in the appropriate facility where he could receive the care he truly needed. Amee helped save my life in 2022
Amee helped save my life in 2022. I was heavily addicted to drugs and I landed in the emergency room after failed attempts navigating on my own trying to get into rehab.The social worker at the emergency room connected me with Amee, with her help I had a plan and a rehab to go to by the time I was discharged from the hospital.It was extremely difficult to figure out the treatment industry and to advocate for my health on my own. I was hopeless before working with RecoverWell.Today I have over 2.5 years of sobriety. I couldn't have done it without Amee using her knowledge and connections to advocate for my success.She came to my 1 year sober celebration and she checks on me every few months. I know if I or anyone else ever needs help for substance abuse or mental health, I can call Amee.

Amee Gray from Recovery Well was a blessing to our family during a very difficult time. When we didn’t know where to turn for help with my brother, Amee stepped in with compassion, guidance, and constant support. I was hesitant to trust anyone, but with Amee, I felt comfort right away. Outstanding Service
Recover well has helped me during my time of darkness. I was using and drinking and I was seeking help. RecoverWell Team Works Miracles for People in Need!
There are no words could ever truly express the gratitude my family has for Amee and the RecoverWell team. I will do my best here. Amee was a true godsend for my daughter after she was left abandoned at a local hospital emergency room by a nearby, well known detox center after she fell amd hit her head while in their care. My daughter was in tears when she was told that the detox facility wasn't taking her back, despite paperwork that stated otherwise, because not only was she suffering through withdrawals, she feared our family might think she purposely sabotaged herself only two days after an intervention. The hospital social worker saw that she was in distress because she was about to be discharged to the streets, putting her at risk to drink again to stave off the pain of withdrawal, and proceeded to advocate for her to stay overnight. More importantly, the social worker utilized her resources and contacted Amee at RecoverWell. The nightmare roller coaster ride that had ensued the previous 24 hours came to a halt right then and there. Amee stepped in, called me at 10:30 pm (who does that?), and assured me that she will see this through and that we can put out minds at ease. And see it through she did: shortly after 8:30 am the next morning, Amee contacted me again to tell me that someone from a prestigious women's treatment center in the area would be contacting me to complete my daughter's admittance process there. The location was one that we previously identified as a place that would be ideal for my daughter but it was not in the LA County network of providers to which she could be referred. A complete disaster scenario turned true miracle in the way it all went down. I have trouble keeping the tears at bay when I tell this story of Amee and RecoverWell. Though that may sound like enough already to give me reason to be so grateful, it doesn't end there. Amee assured me that we are stuck with her for at least a year as she will follow my daughter's case for the long haul, assisting with resources as needed. Amee is a true angel!

Expert Services, Saving Lives
We can't thank RecoverWell enough for their compassionate care of our family. Navigating behavioral health systems and insurance resources without expertise is daunting and hard. After multiple referrals and intake screenings fell through, we were losing hope. Then we were referred to RecoverWell. In 4 hours, they achieved our family member's desired program placement and immediate intake, accomplishing what we sought for desperately over 9 days. Amee is truly a recovery partner for our family and has brought new hope. We most highly recommend their services.

Amee Gray at RecoverWell was a lifesaver for our family. With her vast knowledge of treatment centers around Southern California she was able to guide us in the right direction when otherwise we would have been completely overwhelmed. She was 100% invested in our success, was generous with her time, checked in and followed up repeatedly, and was a thoughtful mediator between our daughter and us when things became stressful. Amee will always be the first person we call if we need to additional steps to help our daughter get further treatment. We trust the research and vetting she has done with these recovery centers to be solid & sound and we are so grateful for the RecoverWell platform she has developed that protects our daughter once she is in the treatment system.

Aimee has been an incredible resource
Aimee has been an incredible resource for our family. She has helped us navigate the behavioural health resources available to us for the last year an half. Always available to discuss options and quickly put options in place. We wouldn't have been able to get the help needed for our family member without her assistance. I can't recommend Aimee enough. Her understanding of the behavioural health network plus insurance and our individual needs is outstanding. Dealing with family members that are experiencing behavioural health issues can be incredibly stressful. Aimee responds with an understanding of urgency to your situation and always steps up to assist in finding the appropriate solutions, the best fit. We feel lucky to have found Aimee. She is an excellent resource for anyone in need of behavioural health assistance.

They were miracle workers
They were miracle workers! I was having such a hard time finding a placement for a loved one and it was urgent. They helped me find an immediate placement and they took care of soo much that was hard to navigate! More people need to know about this service…. As it felt impossible to find something that took thier insurance, had all the criteria we were looking for, in a good location, and immediate! They helped transfer her paperwork quickly, were extemely knowledgeable of all aspects, provided helpful guidance, very empathetic, in touch with me every step of the way, and worked a miracle! Thanks to them and thier service they helped me pull off a hail mary,Connecting a loved one with yhe kind of place they needed. I cant thank them enough…truly remarkable.
