We had a lovely Oak beam made by Real beams, Lee was very helpful and we had to get the order made and delivered in a few days. The beam was beautiful and delivered on time, we highly recommend their customer service and quality 💯 The price was half of what the log fire installer was charging.
Beam was delivered quickly and looks great. It's the right size and colour. It was really easy to fit with the supplied fixings. Thanks
Ordered the beam last Friday and received it today (Tuesday morning) delivery times were amazing! Really good quality beam and the customer service has been great. I had a terrible experience with Traditional Beams prior to this (absolutely useless company) so I'm very glad we found Real Beams! I'd highly recommend them and will definitely be ordering from them again.
I bought a traditional oak fire place beam. Before deciding on my purchase, I had a query about the fitting. I emailed customer services at 8pm on a Sunday night and had a reply back in minutes. After placing the order, it was delivered in exactly 1 week. The beam is a beautiful piece of wood and installation was incredibly easy (my husband is pretty competent at these things, anyway). The wood has cracks and the jacobean staining all add to the character of it. I would imagine, if I had chosen a more modern style, it would not have the cracks. I plan to buy shelving from them when I am ready for the next phase.
